Confused, messy upselling that wasn?t explained properly and left me with more hours worth of call centre time needed to sort out the mess they made. Went in to show ID to allow myself to make changes by calling three (I?d been out of contract for over a year, paying more than I should have been and not been allowed to make any changes untill I go to store and show ID) instead of adding my ID verification the staff put me through an upgrade for a better price (without mentioning it would switch from the rolling contract I was on to a two year contract) then told me the system was down so he couldn?t do the second part of the upgrade that would make it cheaper. I left on a more expensive contract, that tied me in to two years and no upgrade on my broadband. When I phoned today to reverse this, I was told my security STILL hadn?t been updated, and that I couldn?t go back to my original plan, only to an even more expensive rolling contract.TL;DR - in short, going in to store gave me the same contract I was on before for £5 more than I was already paying and tied in for 2 years and didn?t do the one thing I asked them to do.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THIS STORE, OR ANY PERSONS WORKING IN THIS STORE, THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE COMPANY ITSELF!.I have been with three since I first got a mobile back in the day before contracts were a thing. So that's a very long time now. I've always thought of three to be one of the best companies going for what they offer and I still believe that, how ever very recently Three mobile has caused me issues because of their Gross miss negligence towards a customer, I have called and called to try and resolve my issue,Three mobiles Customer service is appalling, they have cased an impact on my credit file because of thier mistake, I have tried to get them to do a credit amendment, they said they would because they have admitted liability verbally to me over the phone. A month has passed and I am still not even close to hearing back from them and every time I call I'm sent round in circles,This is impacting my ability to Ascertain credit where needed to.Also they have very poor signal, there is many areas where I cannot use my phone even tho I've had an updated sim card.I'm greatly disserpointed in the company and I'm now considering leagle action against them for the impact their negligence has caused me.Its a shame though because they do offer good contracts. I'm just disserpointed in the lack of Professionalism and care to their customers.

I got some of my questions answered and some info i needed, but overall feel like the service I received here was condescending and like I was low key being belittled as I was not believed. One of the managers kept acting like I was lying about what I was saying and kept on not believing me, when I was just explaining my situation. Ended up changing my mind about a contract (considering going on a higher price plan) and manager acted like I was being annoying. Have been with three for a really long time but will be going to a different Three store for better service.

I needed help with getting a new SIM card for my phone . As mine was stolenThis shop has very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, it?s calm and makes you feel relaxed when in need of help regarding mobile phone problems .One member of staff I was dealing with was most helpful and totally professional.Thank you so much ROSS for your great serviceI highly recommend 3 mobile shop at castle point ?One very happy customer

Went there to buy a certain phone on a certain plan. I phoned before going, they confirmed that the phone was available. When I got there the trainee salesman and his manager did everything possible not to sell me this phone. In the end I got fed up and left. It was a wasted journey for me

Excellent friendly professional service from David the Manager despite couple of set backs having to wait for my old provider to get there act together David was calm and very patient and answered all our questions also gave us a really great deal on family network so really pleased all round thanks ??

Just went into store to sort out some issues I was having with my Three Account and was met by Gary!Gary was super informative, conversational and ensured that I had all of my technical needs sorted out. Since I was having difficulty with the Three Customer Service online, going into store was the next move.Gary recognised the issues with my account and fixed them promptly with great customer service and a smile!Thanks again Gary, would recommend anyone to pop in here to sort out any issues with their Three account! ?
