Visited Castlepoint store today to buy an Apple plug you would think would take 5 minutes in a virtually empty store. How wrong was I?!
Alisha who served me was great but then issues with tablet not connecting with debit machine then not connecting to receipt machine could see she was struggling and the chap with general manager badge on called Gary was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
No customer service skills whatsoever to apologise to me and inform what was going on?.as he clearly didn?t know himself!! I suggested the tablet possibly in training mode so wont connect to payments etc?..he ignored me?..I then suggested what all tech say?..switch off and reboot for there?s an obvious glitch ?..ignored me again??said he couldn?t find transaction so opened my banking and showed him?..so I couldn?t even have refund and get out of there as he couldn?t find transaction!!!
Thank god I was not doing upgrade as buying a plug took 35 minutes and had to leave with no receipt. I said this is not good at all for a Tech place and Gary informed me they are not Technical people just advisors ???..wow. The man did not want to listen to any helpful suggestions from myself who is a Tech person and he certainly will help towards the closure of this store with that attitude.
I spoke with David the manager at Poole store who was excellent and I asked him to feed this back to Area manager as couldn?t get through on complaints line?..that must be a very busy line?
One and only saving grace was the young lady who served me gets 10 stars and needs to move from there quick.
Long one but needed in case anyone else thinks possibly will pop in there for a pleasant quick experience ?.Noooo set aside few hours to buy a plug at least?

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Went in over this past weekend (2/2/2025) as my airtime contract is due to end soon - I will NEVER step foot in that store again - not only did I not sort out a new airtime plan or phone - I was spoken to SO rudely by the assistant manager it reduced me to tears - and I?m not a crier and especially not in public - I have never been more disgusted in my life- I just couldn?t believe it. I will be visiting another store to sort out my upgrade in the near future - but I am seriously thinking about leaving three altogether. Again - AVOID THE CASTLE POINT THREE STORE AT ALL COST.

Went to get a new phone and contract,Drew helped me. Nothing was too much trouble. Had to go back to store to sort out an issue, once again Drew helped. Excellent service. All the staff were friendly

They are excellent customer skills there was a man called Drake He was very helpful with my Sim card and they apply of a recommend people to go there

I?ve had a terrible experience with three. I had a plan set up for me in store a few years ago for an iPhone 13 pro. Forward a few years it was a terrible contract and I?ve spent a fortune on that phone. Complaint was made for 2 unexplained BIG payments being taken from my account. I sent bank statements of proof and they still could not resolve this for me, multiple staff members over the phone would not help me, caused a lot of stress and confusion and have said that the complaint is resolved when it is not. I?m so frustrated and upset I realised I wasn?t getting anywhere with my complaint and agreed that it is resolved because I can?t cope with the customer service anymore! At a financial loss with this one and would never be with three again. Not a review of the store itself just the company!

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THIS STORE, OR ANY PERSONS WORKING IN THIS STORE, THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE COMPANY ITSELF!.
I have been with three since I first got a mobile back in the day before contracts were a thing. So that's a very long time now. I've always thought of three to be one of the best companies going for what they offer and I still believe that, how ever very recently Three mobile has caused me issues because of their Gross miss negligence towards a customer, I have called and called to try and resolve my issue,
Three mobiles Customer service is appalling, they have cased an impact on my credit file because of thier mistake, I have tried to get them to do a credit amendment, they said they would because they have admitted liability verbally to me over the phone. A month has passed and I am still not even close to hearing back from them and every time I call I'm sent round in circles,
This is impacting my ability to Ascertain credit where needed to.
Also they have very poor signal, there is many areas where I cannot use my phone even tho I've had an updated sim card.
I'm greatly disserpointed in the company and I'm now considering leagle action against them for the impact their negligence has caused me.
Its a shame though because they do offer good contracts. I'm just disserpointed in the lack of Professionalism and care to their customers.

Confused, messy upselling that wasn?t explained properly and left me with more hours worth of call centre time needed to sort out the mess they made. Went in to show ID to allow myself to make changes by calling three (I?d been out of contract for over a year, paying more than I should have been and not been allowed to make any changes untill I go to store and show ID) instead of adding my ID verification the staff put me through an upgrade for a better price (without mentioning it would switch from the rolling contract I was on to a two year contract) then told me the system was down so he couldn?t do the second part of the upgrade that would make it cheaper. I left on a more expensive contract, that tied me in to two years and no upgrade on my broadband. When I phoned today to reverse this, I was told my security STILL hadn?t been updated, and that I couldn?t go back to my original plan, only to an even more expensive rolling contract.TL;DR - in short, going in to store gave me the same contract I was on before for £5 more than I was already paying and tied in for 2 years and didn?t do the one thing I asked them to do.
