Worst customer service ever!!!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They appear friendly and professional until they take your money. However, when you request a refund, they redirect you to their customer service team, which offers little to no help. Despite approaching them within 28 days of purchase, they claimed they had no record of my payment. I strongly advise INTERNATIONAL students to avoid signing any contracts or making purchases with this company!!!!!

Contacted this place to return an item as it's not fit for purpose. When I called the store, the gentleman was so rude down the phone at me and laughed , told me they would not refund me the item, but I couldn't exchange it for an upgrade. I will take my purchase to a different store as I will not go back to this store ever due to my bad experience. I think this company should review their training on customer service.

Given an upgrade price, returned the next day to be told they didn't quote it. The staff was pretty obnoxious and dismissive. Decided to leave 3 after 5 years because of my shop experience. They could use a lesson in customer service.
