Great customer service

I wish, I could rate them a lower score but this is the lowest Google allows.The staff are extremely incompetent who are managed by an individual who does not know the C of customer service.They lack empathy, basic human courtesy to even acknowledge a customer?s frustration and have the audacity to back answer a customer instead of diffusing an irate customer. I finally gave up and spoke to the contact centre in India who at least were empathetic to my situation and offered to resolve my issue and promised a follow up, something which any decent human being would do after hearing about my issue. The discriminatory behaviour that I experienced at the store has left my wife in shock, I pray that I never ever have to visit this store in my life again for what my wife and I experienced.

Worst customer service I?ve ever seen, they didn?t have any manner or attitude toward customers, they just ignored me the whole time just because my problem hadn?t been solved but they refused to service me and their behavior was absolutely disgusting, they just gave me a side eye and it was completely racism. They didn't even deserve a single star

I went there with my wife when the business opened in the morning. The family's contract had expired and was renewed, and I signed up for home Wi-Fi. They also recommended me a tablet. Our English is not very good, and I can't remember the name of the service staff. The man is humorous, the woman is enthusiastic, both are patient, and the service attitude is very good ?

Came in just before The store was about to close, Collette (i believe her name was) was incredibly accommodating & went above and beyond to get my enquiry sorted in 10 mins, incredibly good customer service!!

A disgraceful attitude from girl Megan. He doesn't even say good morning to the customer, he fiddles with the computer to see the customer's account with nails like an eagle. Slow and HORRIBLE. I couldn't even be there for 2 minutes, a real bad environment... bye Three ??

Absolutely shocking service received here on 22/05/23. They don't even deserve 1 star. I have been a loyal customer of Three for 8 years, and I visited this store shortly after my phone was stolen from me (confirmed by CCTV) I was understandably in a panic and I was wanting to blacklist the phone ASAP. In this exact moment, I was feeling vulnerable and needed to be met with human kindness and a willingness to help, but instead I was received with absolutely ZERO urgency or empathy. I was made to wait for maybe 20-25 minutes, despite being in a hysterical state and time being of the essence. None of the staff members bothered to try and calm me down in this time, or take me aside to a quieter area or make me feel safe or looked after, moments after I had literally just been robbed (and on my birthday of all days). When I was finally seen, he walked off half way through dealing with me to serve another customer at the front desk, and also others who were walking into the store. This took him a further 20 minutes. The general attitude of this store was bland, cold and heartless. I feel like if I had walked in with a wad of cash and wanting to buy a new phone, I may have been met differently. I was dealt with by a 'manager' called Ross. I highly suggest that you and your staff receive some training in basic people skills and empathy. I am a human being and not just a number for your sales targets. You had the opportunity to really turn this around for me, however you only added to what was already a pretty stressful traumatic time. I received a vastly different service in my local Basingstoke store, who looked after me and treated me how I should have been treated in the first instance!

Megan in the Bournemouth office was really a pleasure to deal with. She translated my non tech description of what I needed and found exactly what I needed, then explained about top ups. Great service. Thanks Megan.

It?s well located along the Bournemouth high street area. The excellent service by store manager Simon has managed to convince me to give Three mobile a trial and was offered a great Black Friday deals. The service staff Alexandria is friendly and efficient to help us register our new mobile and tablet account. So far the network works great in my area. Thanks loads team and keep up the great work ????
