Nails were ok, but in the end she just gave me a plain card from the salon without a stamp, which means I haven't visited this salon at that time! It's about discount!Is this happened because I didn't put a tip for her ???!!!

I've been to the salon a few times now. It's clean, always smells nice, staff are all really friendly and they offer a wide range of treatments. I highly recommend this salon.

Super place. Don't go anywhere else. Fab treatments and girls but awful booking system now. BUT DISAPPOINTED NOW. Have money on my account so they are in credit yet had to pay 50% of the treatment cost at booking so I overpaid. No one in salon when I called to sort it either so left anxious. So tried to cancel onine, wouldn't let me do it and said I had to call.!!! What a joke. What's the point of them having my card stored should I no show to then take money upfront now. Very disappointed as a regular who's spent literally 100's here. I will be very reluctant now to book on line or buy vouchers in the future ??Very bad booking site. Had issues before when bought vouchers I told I've bought them for Wallisdown venue only and can't be used at Westbourne. I didn't knew a salon on like, if so I would have chose my local branch.
