We arrived for our friends hen do which was supposed to be in an R&B room that we booked and they told us the R&B room was not open, we spent £300 on packages specifically because the bridge loves r&b. We had to go somewhere else as the whole party hated house music, the venue showed no compassion, have ignored our emails about a refund, this meant we are £300 down and left with an unhappy bride, not happy!

Awful customer service!!!!!! 1 star is too generous. A group of 20 girls left standing outside in the cold as the club double booked themselves. £300 drinks package paid 5 months in advance. No refund. No response to emails. Don?t waste your time with this ?club?.

We planned a night here for a hen do and booked the RnB room specifically. Once we arrived, having travelled a great distance, the club was not yet open at the time we were told to arrive and we were then informed the RnB room was not open that evening due to a private function. This had not been communicated with us beforehand. We spent £300 on packages and had to go somewhere else entirely as the bride and most of our party hate house music. I have since emailed 3 times, as advised by the manager on the night, and been ignored. We did not step foot in the club and are now down £300.

Awful! Just awful! From terrible communication to lack of empathy! Poor bride to be and us guests travelled 6 hours to attend the Vault which was pre booked 5 months previously and fully paid, to be left standing outside due to a double booking, completely their fault! Not even a courtesy call or offer of refund - didn?t care in the least, kept our £300 and are now failing to respond to emails - please avoid, no one deserves this service

The Vault ruined a perfect hen do. We had everything arranged: a venue, a dedicated RnB room booked, and a drinks package, with £300 paid in full before arrival. When we arrive, there is no RnB room, there is no room at all, as they've taken a double booking - to top it off, the venue isn't even open yet! A group of 20 hens is standing outside in the cold, and the Vault gives us nothing.Not even a refund.It's a month later, they're not replying to emails, and a refund is nowhere to be seen. Appalling service.

1 is still too nice, if this place and the staff could get a minus then that what it would be. Double booked themselves. Party of 20 left outside, refused entry, refund wasn?t possible and just lack of empathy where it was their mess up! Booked and paid for package that was never even possible because the club had doubled booked a private event and didn?t think to let us know. Money taken, staff were unhelpful, wouldn?t step foot near this place again. Surrounding venues helped out to make sure our night wasn?t ruined by a ?mediocre club? the vault. Don?t waste your time or your money. Again quick enough to take your money upon booking but less quick to give it back, use a diary for tracking events and staff need further customer service training and whoever?s job it is to manage and take bookings needs their head wobbled.

Took my staff here for a works do and we had the BEST time! The music was amazing and the manager couldn?t do enough for us! Will be booking another team night here again!

Hired the red room for my hubby surprise birthday party. We had a amazing time. Everyone enjoyed the night. Great vibes. Door staff really friendly and so was management and bar staff. If your looking to hold your party night anywhere this is your place to be. We will return at a later date. Thank Harry and team for having us .it was a banging night from everyone x
