Brilliant five star customer service. Went to collect an online order and I actually forgot to add the gift bag. Staff sorted it out for a small price and gift wrapped it for me very quickly. Exactly this is how high street shops should work by delivering that Five star face to face services to the customers. Kudos to the whole team and keep it up.

I went in knowing what I wanted but unfortunately it was out of stock. The kind lady behind the till was able to recommend a similar scent at a good price and I left feeling satisfied. Will probably use it over the one I originally went in for ?

I don't ever shop here but went to collect a perfume that I ordered online. I was served by a delightful lady called Heather. I wanted to do an online refund as well as a store purchase so it involved a bit of 'admin'. Heather was professional, explained the process and tried her best to be as quick as possible. She was smiling the whole time and definitely went above and beyond. Top customer service and Heather is an asset to the business. The retail business need more Heathers.

It's not always easy to get the perfume you have loved for years as the typical Department stores no longer stock such brands. But at The Perfume shop you can go back in time and buy your old favourites. We bought Paloma Picasso no longer available normally but we were able to source it here.

Few months ago I went in to buy my girlfriend a perfume to replace her old lady gaga fame as they don't make it anymore. The ladies who helped me were super kind and sweet and where clearly very knowledgeable and led me in the direction of jimmy choo i want choo forever. My girlfriend loved it and has been receiving many compliments. Thank you guys :)

The staff need to learn some customer skills. Stood and waited as the two staff members were in discussions. Another lady walked in behind me and got served immediately.Look up, acknowledge customers (there was only me for couple of mins whilst waited to be served) and politely ask ?who is next??I left.

My wife and I purchased some perfume for a really good price and the lady serving us, Sheila, was absolutely brilliant! She treated us really well and made my wife feel very happy on her birthday. We were also introduced to some other products that were of interest to us. I highly recommend shopping here. We will definitely be returning!
