Brilliant five star customer service. Went to collect an online order and I actually forgot to add the gift bag. Staff sorted it out for a small price and gift wrapped it for me very quickly. I went in knowing what I wanted but unfortunately it was out of stock. The kind lady behind the till was able to recommend a similar scent at a good price and I left feeling satisfied. Will probably use it over the one I originally went in for ?
