Absolutely disgusting customer service from a certain member of staff, quite short, short black hair foreign. Me and my family went out for lunch today after having a bad morning and just because we had a baby with us he showed us no respect, said he couldn't care less and basically was refusing to do his job, used to like this place but never coming here again as long as he is still working there, very disappointing!

WOW , what am amazing place it is , there were about 20 of us who went to the pub and there was not enough tables and chairs to sit all together , and due to covid we couldn't move all the tables so the staff allowed us to move 3 tables and order at table 3, the food came out within 5 mins of ordering, the staff where so lovely. The food was amazing aswell , I had a pizza !!Still amazing and hasn't changed 28.01.24

Where do i start ,The service is shocking, i came in about 4 hours before a table was needed for a reservation, asked politely if i could use the table i was told no- but then a couple sit there order food no problem ... when i found a spot my food took ages and it was cold. I really dont like spoons anymore its not worth it for all the hassle

It's a Spoons and as such does what a Spoons does.. is noticeably cleaner than some.

This weatherspoons was really not up to standard, food tasted off and order was incomplete. Food was quick but not very warm seemed like had been heated for about a minute.
