We have just got back from a 3 night stay here for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The room was amazing and the hotel staff could not have done any more for us. The spa area is great, very relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Service was mixed and food ok but not amazing. The main course was well thought but quite oily and the pannacota was good but the compote was runny and watery.

Very disappointed if I?m honest.. came here today as it?s round the corner from our house and it was a lovely sunny day.. we have so far spent a lot of money on champagne and food.. the first waitress was very lovely and made sure she attended to our every needs.. however for the last 40 minutes the staff have been to busy serving regulars rather than showing concern to other guests..

Came to the nici for afternoon tea, the staff are amazing couldn't ask for better service, unfortunately the afternoon tea was not, the sandwiches were hard as were the scones. We were very disappointed.

We booked a one night stay at Nici with a valentines package that included a bottle of Rose and half hour spa treatment, at a price of £300 which seemed pretty reasonable.The good: the massages were great and the relaxation room was a nice touch. Gym was well enough equipped and clean. The outdoor heated pool area had great potential, this will be lovely in summer. The rooms were decorated well and beds are comfy and spacious. The location is close to the town and right on the beach.The bad: Hotel staff are hit and miss, some seem like they aren?t aware they are working in the hospitality business, but some are nice and friendly. There is one small lift used by both staff and guests, in most hotels guests take priority, not bedding.They just seem to be missing the finer details; not having a bottle opener in the room when they?ve provided wine. Filling up the shampoo/conditioner etc to full for each guest. It?s great to have free rum in the room, but having rusty pineapple glasses and a sticky drink tray isn?t so appealing. It was a windy day and I dragged a sun lounger out of the outdoor pool and swam away from a few plasters, which probably should have been scooped out by staff. They also seem to want to charge for every extra possible. £20 for parking, which isn?t stated when you drop your keys off, they just charge your card they have on file.All in all it feels like it has the potential to be a great hotel, but service and cheap money makers left us feeling disappointed, for the price we paid we probably wouldn?t stay again.

A great experience at THE NICI. The staff I encountered were all friendly. The rooms are larger than usual, and some with a huge bathtub which is a luxurious treat. The bathroom was very spacious. Lots of good highlights.Rooms: Very spacious, and finished to a high quality. This hotel has so much going for it. Very impressed.Food & drinks: The menu apparently changes seasonally, it was fine for staying maybe two nights. But due to a limited diet I may struggle to eat there everyday if I was staying more than 3 days, and would therefore need to eat out.However, the quality and portions were amazing.

Just checked out of this gorgeous hotel after a wonderful nights stay with my Hubby for his birthday. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxed & friendly & the food & spa were just lovely!Luca on reception so very kindly gave us an unexpected upgrade for the Hubs bday & what a delight we got, a gorgeous room with pool & sea view! Thank you Luca :)All the staff at dinner & breakfast were very attentive & friendly. Alex on dinner service was so sweet & really looked after us very well so thank you Alex! The food was delicious & the fresh coffee, pastries & olive bread at breakfast FAB!Debbie who works on Valet & welcome was great! Very friendly, chatty & funny ?.Thank you for making our little trip one of the best overnight stays we?ve ever had! We?re already planning our return. Becca & Marlon, Hampshire X
