I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Lacey practice, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be a remarkable visit.The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the optometrist were unparalleled. They took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and patiently answer all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I have been going to The Lacey Practice for a few years now and it?s one of the best decisions we?ve made when it comes to the health of our eyes. Not only do have the usual tests but a few other opticians don?t do. The staff are always helpful and kind so all in all I?m grateful we came across The Lacey Practice and I would highly recommend them x

I visited for the first time and was impressed by the level of attention and time dedicated to my sight test. Neil took the time to explain my retinal photo, a service I hadn't experienced elsewhere. I will definitely be returning to Lacey?s for my yearly checks. Thank you!

Lovely experience, Neil helped me choose a lovely set of glasses and a pair for driving too and they are high quality stuff! There is a wide variety of frames to choose from and the staff are very friendly.

Im appalled with the attitude of the assistant today.. After choosing a pair of frames from a dozen or so ladies frames which were mostly the same but different colours.. The price of the lenses just kept going up.. It went from £109 to £260 After asking if i could go away and have a coffee to think about the price i was told i had to pay £20 before i left.. When i refused and said i would be back in 20mins (i really wanted the glasses but just wanted time to think about the price, ) i was told very nastily that i had wasted her time today. I was very upset by being treated like this and felt i was being bullied by this woman...There was no respect at all.The optician was a nice man, and she just lost him my custom forever

If I could put 0 I would. The service is terrible and over prices. But like miracle from 450 pounds to change just my lenses I paid finally 250 stupid me but when I got my glasses back after 10 days they were broken and they even don t try to fix it. Really rude women is working there who s waiting just to us to pay

Would not recommend going here at all they got my prescription for my glasses completely wrong ( got my eyes tested else where ) for both sets of glasses!!!! upon speaking to them on more than occasion about not being able to use my glasses .... the girl said oh well .... and that was that ..... they do not seem interested in the care of eyes just want to make money
