Came to the shop this morning for 9.00am as this is the opening time stated on the website. I came to collect an order but the shutters were down, I went away and came back at 9.30, the shutters were still down. I then waited on a bench within view of the shop and then at 9.40am I took a photo of the front of the shop with the shutters down. Whilst waiting on the bench there were two girls chatting away and after I had taken a photo of the shop front they came rushing over asking me what it was I wanted! I said I was there to collect an order, and she asked what it was I had purchased. I?ve never been asked what I?ve purchased by any company I have picked up deliveries of before! Completely unprofessional and a waste of 45 minutes of my morning! I will not be going back!!

Always has the shutters down when wanting to purchase, friendly manager when there but lots of friends hanging around like bad smells, or like people you want to leave a party at the end of the night but won't go

Popped into store today, and has the most amazing experience. Staff members knew exactly what i was looking for and helped me choose other fragrances for future purchases by doing a Fragrance Match with me exploring different options. Will definitely be back on in future, will also think about purchasing a ScentAddict. Thank you for your 10/10 customer service. Was expecting a daunting experience but could not of left happier, thank you Jade and Natalie.

Always been very helpful whenever trying to find a gift set or bundle for presents. Handy being inside the Sovereign centre! Staff are always happy to help. Overall would recommend.

I?ve never been to a store before where the staff are so rude and unhelpful, children behind the counter, surely that is not safe at all. All in all a horrible experience. I won?t be going back there again!!
