Fantastic experience with Gary at The Floor Store, has a great array of quality carpets at reasonable prices and was very helpful & knowledgeable on my numerous visits to the shop to find an carpet for the slightly odd and tricky space of our landing and stairs. His fitter Steve was extremely efficient and did a great job, we are SO pleased with the final result. 100% RECOMMEND!

The professional advice is exceptional and the communication on the direct delivery of the floor was excellent. Equally, Tom the fitter did an amazing job on the fitter. We recently replaced the floor in a large kitchen/living room. Gary at the Floor Store came recommended, but we got quotes from a few companies. Gary was so professional and knowledgeable we quickly decided to use his company. Despite us being unable to visit the showroom due to Covid restrictions, Gary spent a long time on the phone with me, talking through various different options so I could understand the pros and cons of each. His knowledge was incredible, and I never felt he was trying to sell a particular product, just to help us find the best product for our space and budget. He made himself available to answer loads of questions, so that I could be fully prepared for when we were able to finally view the products. We ended up choosing a Kährs flooring in real oak, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got his quote which was very reasonable compared to other significantly less knowledgeable companies. Gary couldn?t do enough to help and was so friendly at every step of the way. He really knows his stuff and was very reassuring and able to advise on what was best for our specific area. He put us in touch with an excellent fitter who immediately saw solutions where other companies had seen problems with our space. All in all, a very positive experience, and our new floors are absolutely stunning.Service: Install flooring

We started at The Floor Store with a reasonably idea of what we wanted. In fact we?d chosen a vinyl floor and we?re just checking the final options. Gary quickly showed us an engineered wood floor which was similar to our chosen vinyl version but so much nicer. As it was similarly priced we went with that. He arranged a super bloke to fit the flooring and we are absolutely stunned by the final result. It is way better than we?d imagined when we first had the idea of swapping carpet for a hard floor of some type. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend The Floor Store.Service: Install flooring

Excellent service as always as this is not the first time I have used this company. Even when we chose a certain carpet we were shown a cheaper equivalent perfect for the bedrooms. The Carpet fitter used is also of a high quality standard. No hesitation in recommending this company.
