This place has amazon drop-off/ return services. I went to return an amazon item. The guy behind the till (not sure if he was is the employee or the owner of the shop) was extremely helpful and had very good coustemer service manners.

The guy behind the counter was very helpful ?, I'd gone in to pick up a dhl parcel as the shop is a registered dhl pick up point. He really was very good and managed to sort out an error with dhl redirection, apologised because authorization process took time and he obviously had other customers as well. Typical corner shop, plenty on offer, wish it was a lot closer as I'd certainly use it alot ?. All in all excellent customer care and service.

I don't shop there. I collect my Amazon parcels from it. Opens late which is useful. Also got all the normal essential bits needed on a hurry.
