We booked a cruise plus associated air travel and hotels. The cruise was from Singapore to Singapore over 17 days sailing out on the 13th February 2020. We flew out to Singapore on the 9th February but the day before the cruise was due to sail Princess cruises emailed to say the cruise would not go ahead due to COVID. Princess cruises advised all customers that the cost of the cruise would be refunded to them and if booked through an agent then the money would be returned via the agent. To date Classic Travel have still not refunded the cruise money this is despite many phone calls, emails and a letter the contents of which was provided by a WHICH solicitor. Princess cruises have confirmed that all monies had been paid out. We will never book a holiday again with this company they have told too many lies regarding paying us the cruise money that we were due.
