Food was poor, most of the dishes were cold. Service was slow and the staff impolite. General cleanliness and up keep of the restaurant and toilets was also poor.
Only stayed as we had young children with us.
Would not go again.
We were told on arrival that several items were not available, however we stayed as it did not directly affect our menu choices. That said when it came to ordering, several items we?d orders were missing elements. Including fajitas that were severed without tortilla.
Would expect much more from even the most basic restaurant. Don?t mind paying £50+ a head when it?s worth it. That in mind on this occasion it was exceedingly disappointing.
The saving grace being is our second waitress was lovely, apologetic and gave us a a discount on the meal.

Disappointed in the service and the food, nearly 45 minutes for 2 meals when the restaurant wasn't too busy, our meals came out 5 minutes apart, no apologies or note it was coming, Mac and cheese was dry, hardly any sauce, burger was fine. Had to remind them we ordered a side which, again, came out later.
Overpriced for what was served and a shame as we normally love tgis

Food was amazing here! Best TGIs I have had in years! We did have to ask to move tables though as the two seater tables with the annoying lights next to them were playing havoc with my eyes! The female staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't too busy.
