Recently, I observed a lack of clear communication about specific procedures for checking in Everi parcels. This has resulted in confusion and unpleasant interactions, as customers are not informed of your stores "unique policies". I kindly suggest:
1. Clearly displaying or verbally communicating your procedures to customers as they approach Everi service area.
2. Training staff to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor, even when faced with misunderstandings. Instead of passive aggressive attitude which is a default approach at your store at the moment.

Please can you decide what ID is needed for Evri parcel collection. Twice I have been rejected because I don?t have a card on me yet I have a photo of my passport as picture ID on my phone - depending on who serves me this is a valid ID - or I have been turned away !! It?s very frustrating, esp as the Evri email says to bring photo ID for collection. It is the inconsistency that is annoying.

Plenty of things here but slightly higher price than larger Tesco and the items are a more basic range. We wanted bread but the choice was one option for white bread or two for wholemeal!

The woman who served me like 3 minutes ago was more interested in chatting to her colleague than serving me and my daughter . Smacked the biscuits against the counter , no sorry , even though some are most certainly broke now . Shame as I like that Tescos .

Friendly staff very polite always saying good morning or afternoon to you and asking how you are
