Mixed feelings. I was there 3 times. 1st and 3rd time the cashier was jack. He was amazing and so so helpful. He deserves 6 stars honestly. But I met also his colleague (women in 20-30s) and the service sucked. She would deserve less than 1 star or less I have presented my national id and she refused me without hesitation. She didn?t even think about it. Not helpful at all for foreign citizen. I have never experienced such a horrible service. Jak deserves promotion she deserves demotion if possible. Thanks. Martin

Normally stop here on my way to work for some fresh pastries. But the bakery section have been downgraded to a small section of the shop. Croissants tend to be all squashed. Quality not ideal. There is often a note saying that the 'oven' is broken so no pastries available. Defenitely something to improve here. No more shops in the area like coop or Sainsbury's to compete against. Otherwise more attention would focus on these issues.

I went to this Tesco express to pick up some items, and needed to find a loca, chemist as I am visiting Bournmouth. I needed to locate a pharmacy. I asked a member of staff called Jason who stopped what he was doing and spent time looking for a pharmacy, he was polite and helpful. I was very impressed by the customer service I received as he went out of his way to help. Also, I had forgotten to print out my receipt, and a very kind and helpful staff member called Dio working behind the checkout got it all sorted in seconds. I would like to say I had a pleasant experience at this store, and it has valued members of staff.

I hope you mean the Westbourne branch as staff are very friendly and accommodating. The store is well laid out and there are lots of things to buy and try. I am always welcomed when I go in.

Staff have the worst customer service skills and need to be retrained. Never met more miserable people at a customer based role, even if it?s fake I?d expect nothing less than a smile. There?s a few that are approachable but 9 times out of 10 I?m greeted with a mumble.

Served at the checkout by a lovely, informative and helpful lady. The Tesco clubcard app doesn't work in-store. 4G coverage outside the door. H+ at the checkout. O2 network. The app doesn't download. When outside, the app loads. Is this a Tesco scam to make you Travel to larger stores.....we pay more at express!! At least give the discount and points!!
