I?ve been a regular customer for years. Unfortunately, the car wash is out of service most of the time. Today, once again, I wasn?t able to wash my car. That?s why I?ve decided to stop shopping at the store, using the fuel station, and the car wash, which so often doesn?t work.

I locked my keys in my car and Scarlett from the Click and Collect just went above and beyond to help. I was given water and even her personal mobile to use. She made an otherwise bad situation so much more manageable and is a credit Tesco. Thank you so much! ?

Tesco Extra Bournemouth is truly impressive ? unlike any other Tesco or typical retail store. It?s extremely organised, spotless, and feels almost premium. The staff are well-trained, polite, and professional, which makes the whole shopping experience stand out. A real credit to the brand!

Never ever do online grocery from this store.The worst management I have ever seen.The driver handed off order to wrong flat and the manager justified and try to blame us .After making multiple calls to customer care and made me to wait for almost 9 hours not even once I received call from manager to know the issue despite the customer help centre suggested manger to make call.Poor management skill .The worst driver and manager .

I like the store for its range of foods but what really let's it down is it's toilets...just every time I'm there and it's busy the loos are like 3? cubicles for ladies and down a really tight access corridor. I'll try going before and all are full and people waiting and one access always pretty much in use. I am a disabled enough to warrant using it but can manage in a normal one. I give up as I get overwhelmed with the tight space and waiting and it's the same after only made worse by trying to manage the shopping as well. I end up having to walk to the hospital to use the facilities as I can't often use Tesco's. Sadly being limited to busses and mobility this results in missed busses. This shops around an hour from home for me by bus hence it being such a concern I've written my review. It spoils me shopping here but my local smaller shop has better loos and rubbish selection.

Recently bought bedding plants from this store & within one week they were all pretty much dead despite proper care,feeding & watering;in recent years the bedding plants have been good so very disappointed & a complete waste of around £30 ! It's not like I can return them & ask for a refund! What a rip off and adding to their already outrageous profits & getting away with it as usual.

The customer service lady wasn't helpful with returning an item, trying to say the item wouldn't be able to be resold and wasn't accepting it back.

Just went shopping late tonight at Tesco and had awesome service from the team and especially Hector at the self-service checkout.
They close at 12:00 but of course their's always the last few customers running around getting their bits. ?
What I didn't know.... ?? is that the tills automatically shut off all alcohol purchases at midnight!
So if you don't get to the self service checkout before midnight then you can't get the alcohol!
Hector knew this and advised us to ensure that we weren't let down.

Tried to charge me £7 for a "Meal Deal" because the Walkers Worcestershire crisps "Aren't on the meal deal" despite being in the meal deal section, all that fuss over a flavour of crisps, shove it.
