Very POOR service from most of the staff here and now they block you from using the free credit they give you if you text from outside of the UK or text a non UK number from within the UK. So the so called "free credit" is of NOT much use at all for work or anything else.

Disappointing standards of service. Contradicted the call centre advice i was given on transferring a number and then extremely inflexible ' computer says no' attitude to helping. Staff didn't seem to think it was their role to help

Tesco Mobile Castle Lane Bournemouth. Fantastic service at the Tesco Mobile store, sorted a new iphone for my Mum and upgraded the families phones (4) SIM only deals.....got more data and minutes for less money. Johnny especially helpful and great customer service skills...explained the deals and recommended a new phone ideal for my Mum.....many thanks Julian
