Stayed in a twin bedded room on holiday with my brother. Courteous, helpful staff; good comfortable and clean bedroom; good breakfasts and evening meals. The only 'issue' I have is what a staff member said - only having one chair in each bedroom is company policy, including for couples, families, for any group of more than one guest. I asked for another chair and a staff member kindly provided one.

An excellent trip with a large family group. We were well fed and entertained. A special mention for Stewart, the breakfast manager who entertained us with magic, and who was very good with the 10 children. The lady dinner manager was also very good.

Very small room. Breakfast not good at all. We were stuck in a lift for an hour. Lift people did not contact reception. If there was a fire nobody knew we were there. My daughter has brittle asthma and suffers with severe anxiety. This situation Coukd have been worse if she had had an attack. She always needs hospital treatment with an asthma attack. I have not been able to get hold of customer services and reception are not authorised to give any refunds. We were not even offered a cup of tea. This was an extremely stressful situation. Your health and safety policy regarding lift needs urgent attention.

We booked rooms for our extended family of 18 people, aged 6 to 76 for four days. The best thing was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, nothing was too much trouble and we had an excellent stay. My kids really enjoy the Premier Inn breakfast and we could all order exactly what we wanted. The attached Table Table restaurant and bar is spacious and served a good variety of food and drink. The location is a 10 minute walk down to Boscombe Pier through the Chine gardens. The beach is clean and ideal for families, with restaurant, pier, toilets and boulders to climb on (safely)! The gardens are exquisite, well maintained and with interesting places for children to play and a crazy golf course for a grey day. The hotel was a great centre for an enjoyable holiday.

Due to coronavirus, our only holiday booked for this year was cancelled way back in March and this was a much needed break. We were a little bit nervous about taking the plunge and and booking this trip but as soon as we arrived we were confident that every precaution had been taken. From checking in at reception to the meals in the the adjoining Table Table restaurant we felt that our safety was paramount. Having stayed in Premier Inns before it was obvious that certain things were missing from the rooms and we were prepared for the fact that the room would not be cleaned or linen changed as often as it used to be but we accepted that this was the "new normal". This did not distract from our comfort and experience of our stay but we were aware that if we did need anything we only had to ask. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and felt completely safe in the environment. The only downside was the announcement during our break that Premier Inns were going to have to make several thousand staff redundant which is a shame considering the hard work, effort, thoughtfulness and consideration of all those working at the Bournemouth East Premier Inn and Lynton Court, Table Table, Bournemouth.

This restaurant is attached to a Premier Inn on Christchurch Rd,Bournemouth. Lovely and efficient staff. Really good prices for Bournemouth. Food was very nice; good portions, lots of choice plus specials. Drink prices are well below the average for Bournemouth. It is, however, easy to miss; if you pass the Travelodge on the way into Bournemouth you have passed the restaurant. It is always busy so best to make a reservation. There are outside tables and chairs.

I go regularly for the breakfast with friends. All you can eat and drink for I think £9.50 and I believe up to 2 children eat free as well, but I'm not 100%. There's a reason why we go on school days!

It is what it is. Haddock and Chips were awful and in the past the Haddock has been good and meaty, crispy batter, great chips.

Party of 5 on our way home but fancied a bite to eat. Mid afternoon so not too busy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had the sharing platter, some sides and dessert but it was all lovely. Oh, the offer on the wine made someone very happy too.

Will never go to this place again. Some good was not edible. I booked for 6.30pm they booked me in for 7.30pm. It just wasn't a good experience for our family. I shall be telling all my family and friends about of bad experience

Very pleased with the available variety, comprehensive lunch deal. Ideal steak prices (I have found few places so far where I can get one for anything short of £18). Good customer service.

Very disappointing. Don't know why all this brand have such an awful choice. No Sunday lunch menu.
Would obviously be very disappointed if paid full price - they always expect you to use a 40% off mains voucher- they should just make the cost more realistic, and not need gimmicks.
Felt sorry for the new girl, the management should have been better at ensuring she understood the menus and availability of items. Waited ages for the drinks. Had to locate our own sauces, despite asking for them. Food mediocre at best, not special in any way.
Incidentally half the car park was flooded and there was no attempt to show people how to get round to the front door. Just felt like the people running this pub just don't really care about the customers, after all they will probably never return....

Food arrived cold, there isn't any Sunday meal, food is over prices for what it actually is, staff are not trained properly. Ordered one drink, low in Alchol, they didn't have it, they instead decided to replace it with another more expensive drink, with a way higher Alchol count, without telling us and then proceed to try and charge us for the more expensive drink. I wouldn't come here again.

Although a chain bar restaurant, we've used this place for several years and found it rather good. The bar area is comfy and the main eating area has lots of nooks and crannies and serves good, if rather basic meals. Service is usually good. May get busier as the Premier Inn rooms upstairs are now supplanted by a new, large Premier Inn down the road.

This place has the worst customer service, waited over an hour to get a few side dishes, order 2 portions of flat garlic bread with cheese, only half a portion turned up without cheese, Nachos came out all soggy. But after waiting almost 2 hours and not getting what we have ordered, I decided to speak with a team leader/duty manager who clearly is in the wrong industry, as he has no customer service skills what so ever, asked me to leave because he didnâ??t like the way I spok

We went last night as we do quite often and love it here but had trouble from the start. The orders were all wrong and all had to be put through again then after two hours of waiting had to send every meal back it was disgusting cold hard rice cold kids meals and greasy chicken burgers. There was a cue of people wanting refunds as all the meals were vile then to top it off the men's urinals were overflowing into buckets pouring all over the floor and the sinks were all blocked and the ladies stank!! And had no toilet rolls. Very bad when you have 4 hungry children and 4 adults. The lady who was in charge was doing everything she could but looked like she was going to have a breakdown with the amount of customers complaining!!
