I had a fantastic experience at Superdry Bournemouth thanks to Shawn, the executive. Despite it being closing time, Shawn was incredibly kind and very helpful. He went out of his way to find the perfect size jacket for us. Experienced an a excellent customer service for him!

When u walk in the shop, the only thing I felt is that I'm not welcome!!wonder why they don't get many customers,I don't any more..never gonna go again

The shop is way to dark and dinghy , not great . Parking is hard to find and when you do very expensive . Think this shop would do much better at Castle point or a retail outlet .

I'd like to thank the young blonde lady and the tubby oriental manager for making swapping an unwanted Xmas present so easy, thank you. That said, found the store baking hot, was uncomfortable. Also, whilst looking for replacement tops/shorts, realised almost all stock was far too small for me. I'm 5'11 with 38 inch waist, fairly common measurements, so bit disappointed most stock caters for children and midgets. My choices therefore were extremely limited.

I been toSaturday 21st of October 2023 around 10.53 am above store , its was misleading customers i took a jacket was quote clearly mentioned the price tag as 89.99 it was xl size and is too large for me and tryed to change large size which is tagged as 99.99 , then i asked the customer service girl who was there she is mentioned that it was wrongly tagged so it means they are mis leading the customers so i totally ignored the product. If it is wrongly tagged why they are keeping show case. They are rude .I been to super dry store in Scotland mainly Aberdeen and Stafford westfield but they very polite and friendly to customers .

The customer service and the huge choice of clothing in this store are truly amazing and exceptional. Therefore, I recommend this store to everyone !!! I spent a few hours in this store choosing a winter jacket, as I wasn't sure which one to get, as they have so much choice and sizes. The staff has been extremely kind, caring, patient, and attentive, even though it wasn't easy for them to serve me, as I tried various types of jackets and various sizes. I felt so bad staying there so long. Therefore, I would like to mention here and say a huge thank you to: Abi, Sean, Greg, Georgia, Farzaneh, and all other staff in this shop, as they all made me to feel welcome and valued as a customer. Thank you to all !!!
