I had a fantastic experience at Superdry Bournemouth thanks to Shawn, the executive. Despite it being closing time, Shawn was incredibly kind and very helpful. He went out of his way to find the perfect size jacket for us. Experienced an a excellent customer service for him! Thank you!!!

Right,worst customer service ever!!! When u walk in the shop, the only thing I felt is that I'm not welcome!!wonder why they don't get many customers,I don't any more..never gonna go again

The shop is way to dark and dinghy , not great . Parking is hard to find and when you do very expensive . Think this shop would do much better at Castle point or a retail outlet .
