Yesterday I got an email from superdrugs that my medication will be ready to collect anytime after 01:00 pm yesterday. I travelled there and arrived at 01:35 pm and asked the lady who was sat on the pharmacy. She declined to provide me my medication by said it's a lunch break come back later. I requested her I travelled 14 miles. She was rude, unprofessional.

Travelled for 25 mins each way just to be told the flu jab didn't come in. Ok cool, but why couldn't you have called me ahead of my appointment?!

I went into Superdrug Boscombe today ,I was impressed by the friendly staff and manager,I will definitely be going back as it was a pleasure to shop there .

Really lovely kind pharamacists, good products and great til staff honestly the best superdrug branch ive been too tbh despite boscombe being financially deprived the people in this branch are great.

Only came back in here today as i needed a carrier bag The girl was so nice friendly and felt relaxed talking to her Didnt catch her name but she was originally from Kent Tbh i find the Boscombe store is more friendlier than the Bournemouth store

The pharmacist has been extremely helpful , trying her hardest to get my daughter's medication which is very difficult to find . She likes her job and cares about her customers she didn't give up till she found it and I am so greatful for that ????I am going to transfer all my prescriptions to them .

This pharmacy is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If I have any problems they are always willing to help and I get my prescriptions as soon as possible.

when i when to shop their with my Mum and they told security to follow us. Just for a £5 lips pump. Like I have been to private schools for my whole life I didn?t say this to brag I said it to let you know that I can buy it. I am probably going to the shop tomorrow because this has been going through me head the whole day. Finally the most annoying things was when we left the shop they were all laughing like they hadJust caught a Thief . Am not sure why they thought we were shop lifting , might be because we are black or because I had my hood up but I am not going to jump into conclusions.

If you need a prescription, go somewhere else. The team here, particularly Vicky at the pharmacy, are rude, incompetent and clearly not trained. Was told they would be able to fulfil my prescription for them to charge me immediately, then was later told because of false reasons they are unable to as ?the prescriber isn?t allowed to prescribe this strength?. The contempt of the staff is incredible, and I can only put it down to racial reasons. Offered a refund of ?goodwill? but was asked to fill in personal details, something I refused to complete because it was their error. Boots across the road actually know what they are doing, fulfilled my prescription with no issues, and didn?t charge me until my prescription was in my hand. Complaints to Superdrug have been completely ignored. Completely useless.
