Booked gel mani and pedi on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. Arrived to be told she could only do one or the other because she had another client booked in. I asked why I was able to book and she just shrugged and said ?I don?t know, I wasn?t here?. I then asked why they didn?t call me as they had my number, to be told the appointment after me had only just been booked. So you are bumping my pre-booked appointment for someone who has only just booked, a day before I go away with no time to book anything else. Rude and unhelpful girl with an attitude, who told me she might manage both if she rushes it. No thank you.

Shocked at the rudeness of a staff member today. No tills were open except perfumery, where the assistant was struggling to input a customer's details to sign for a loyalty card, so I waited patiently for 3 or 4 mins to pay for my purchase. As I stepped to the till another lady came to the counter. The assistant ignored me and said "Perfumery enquiries usually come first, I'll only be a minute here". She did not acknowledge that I had waited and made it clear I was a nuisance. I had my loyalty card out and my credit card poised over the machine for a quick exit, but she ignored that and said "Don't you want to pay with points?" to which I politely replied "I would like to pay with my card please". She then snapped "I was only asking!". I appreciate she was probably stressed and annoyed that the tills weren't manned, but the rudeness was totally uncalled for. I'll shop at Winton in future!

usually not into writing a reviews but this one i couldn't just let it go?unfortunately i have to rate it 1 star, if i could it would be -10
So 12th April I quickly popped in to buy a few products, I was in a rush, had my headphones on and heading towards the till. When out of nowhere a member of staff called Angelina walked by. For a second I thought she is saying something to me therefore took my headphones off and turned around to find her flipping me off. As much as I wanted to confront angelina Iv didn?t want to cause a scene so instead I asked someone to find out what the problem was, the lady claimed to be the manager (she is not) I asked For the cctv to be reviewed because she started to say that I was lying (cctv was never reviewed)
During this time I asked for any other manager/supervisor to handle the situation. Instead the fake manager decided to have Angelina come over who just started barking in my face. I could not handle her over the top voice; I called the following day to speak to the actual manager Debbie; but Debbie is too busy to attend any call or call back at her convenience for the last two weeks.
As a business; Superdrug should be embarrassed and appalled to have to have such unprofessional, untrained and ill mannered staff representing the company.

I love the w7 brand nail polish. Anyway, service is good! Need more people on till, it?s always 1/2 people serving but staff are soooo friendly :)

Staff at tills need retraining, was told the that my daughter couldn't use her loyalty card because I was the one who was paying ? Was told this twice even when I stated the items are not mine and all I am doing is paying for them , please be kind to your customers there was no need for the abruptness on our shopping experience in this store today

Clean store, less qeues than boots, however staff are extremely judgy and can be heard openly chatting ****about customers whilst they are in store, I have heard them do this about me. Multiple times. From across the shop. I'm hard of hearing.

Awful customer service! Just not very helpful at the till , member of staff called ?PayPal?will benefit from a refresher course of what a customer service is , very dismissive on the till and does not even care. Its about quality rather than quantity when it comes to services to customers. Never had this problem before at this particular branch in Castlepoint. Two other members of staff on the shopfloor that I approached before coming to the till were indeed helpful , even telling me the next delivery date as the item I was looking was not the shelf- and that is just a simple genuine customer service .

We were so impressed by the sales associate who helped us with our questions about the Nivea products. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure we were served well. July 21 at about 6:20 pm. She was working in the cosmetics/skin care area. Thank you!

Never experienced such helpful staff in a store! One of the lovely ladies in there saw me staring blankly at all the different skin tint shades and was so helpful helping me choose, I probably would have walked out empty handed if it wasn?t for her help. Great experience, thank you!

On several occasions, almost every time I visit in fact staff are really rude at the till. Today a young member of staff continued her conversation on her head set the whole time whilst serving me, no hello, didn't ask if I had a Superdrug card or if I wanted a bag, no direct conversation at all. I'm not looking for a conversation but at least be polite and have manners!

Went there yesterday for my eyebrows and the lady was firstly busy on her phone and when she did my eyebrows I literally got more than 20 cuts both side and she spoiled the whole shape of eyebrows.
She was not at all friendly and I have to come back after two minutes of leaving the chair as I noticed in big mirror that she even haven't done any trimming.
It my request to everyone that please don't go for eyebrows there as I am still in pain and yesterday I literally cried with my partner because it was hurting like a pins on my forehead.
Management should think about it as its not me first time I was reading some other reviews as well this morning.

Really disappointed with the lack of understanding as to why I would want to wear the sunglasses I am buying from you. You were unable to cut the tags off so I could wear them! You also refused to dispose of my broken ones! Calling them "the customers rubbish." You did not point me in the direction of other bins on the concourse simply asking me if I wanted to speak to someone else. Pretty rubbish service.
