Never received order as courier couldn't find address. Had I been running the place I would have phoned customer and offered a gesture of good will for not receiving order. I would further suggest getting couriers to download What3words as this 1 didn't understand English enough to follow directions. Despite giving alternative instructions he still couldn't find us.

Accepted an order but had no stock. Told they'd refund (after arsing about through the app/chat/email) but, even after chasing to ask when I'd receive it, nothing. Disgraceful.

I'm a fairly frequent customer of this particular Subway, and have rarely had any (terrible) issue with the food or service, however today was not a good experience.
I'd say I have dealt with most of the current staff, but today there were 3 young lads I've never seen before. Asked for my order, and the guy didn't know how to make a pepperoni slice, he put pepperoni on top of the bread first instead of the salsa. Then I had to stop him putting the American cheese triangles on instead of grated cheese. Worst of all, only when I got home did I realise they'd only put ONE slice of ham on my sub. ONE SLICE ? ????? (there should be three!). All there was to that sub was ham and mayo, none of the salad!! nothing else, just one flippin slice of ham on one end, the other half was just bread and mayo. It was horrible ?.
Just incase the owner is reading this, your female employee (blonde really long locks) currently working there is a credit to your business. She's friendly, professional, capable and competent, if only all your staff were like her ?

They accepted the order before closing time, took ages wrapping up the order while one driver cancelled cus of it. They said that they'd found another but then closed the shop on him- after taking out money from my partner's account! The driver tried to talk to the person in the shop who was still in there but it looks like they ignored him! We are not rich. This is really poor practise.

Great service you girl who was working there on 28th june evening. She was by herself but managing orders very well in store customer plus online. Well impressed. Made great sandwich no cut corners. Will come back and recommend this store while she is there. 100 outta 100...

Took my daughters and grandchildren for some Subs, 4 of us had the Spicy Italian with different toppings, my granddaughter had the Meatballs sub all the meals were lovely and the service was very helpful

I just had the worst experience at Subway. I am a frequent customer. I have my app and I use it. Now it turns out that I couldn't use it for the first time. In this store, they treated me super badly and the quality was very low. They didn't have sweet onion sauce and the bread was burnt. I am super upset with this day.

Visited a few times on my short trip to Bournemouth. The staff didn't look like they wanted to be there. Food quality was really poor. Didn't taste fresh at all. What a waste of money.

Avoid this Subway. They currently refuse to honour the subway reward scheme which is still in place up until the 14th of May and clearly advertised on their shop front. There is no warning before you order your food.When I said I wouldn?t have ordered my sub had I known, she withdrew the sub and said ?ok then?. Put me right in my place. Thank you subway castle lane.
