I just had the worst experience at Subway. I am a frequent customer. I have my app and I use it. Now it turns out that I couldn't use it for the first time. In this store, they treated me super badly and the quality was very low. They didn't have sweet onion sauce and the bread was burnt. I am super upset with this day.

Visited a few times on my short trip to Bournemouth. The staff didn't look like they wanted to be there. Food quality was really poor. Didn't taste fresh at all. What a waste of money.

Avoid this Subway. They currently refuse to honour the subway reward scheme which is still in place up until the 14th of May and clearly advertised on their shop front. There is no warning before you order your food.When I said I wouldn?t have ordered my sub had I known, she withdrew the sub and said ?ok then?. Put me right in my place. Thank you subway castle lane.

Horrible I bought a 5 pound wrap and left. When I opened my wrap all the ingredients began to fall out and got over my new clothes. It's like they just threw together ingredients and called it a wrap.

I'm disgusted I just had a delivery from u through just eat when I order bloody things I want expect it to be delivered got everything apart from the big bottle of Pepsi max that was on the list never using u guys again and will warns others too that I now and why have a number on the site and not being able to get through as say I've dialled a incorrect number which I haven't as I click on call and it dial the number
