Terrible service and false advertising, store claims to be participating in the current £4.99 any footlong deal but they want to charge more instead unless you order Tuna. Very rude member of staff (male).

These guys are cheapskates. Ordered a footlong veggie patty which should come with 2 patties. It had half of one patty broken into little pieces and spread around. Ordered Chipotle sauce, a tiny bit was there but the rest was drowned in mayo. This has happened twice now so subway Westbourne can do one. Tbf they're lucky I didn't make my way down there and make my own sandwich properly. My experience is unfortunately in tune with the current state of English society.

Turned up at 17:56 on a Sunday when they close at 18:00 and got rudely turned away as it was "closed". Horrendous attitude from the person on duty - I'm sure the owner of that franchise won't be best pleased when he reads this ?

Went to get sides of meatball and slice of pepperoni bread pizza thing they offer same as I did which was served great by little young boy who works there. (I?m also a regular there and do occasionally spend alot there for lunch)Today I went in on my lunch break in a happy mood (which did not last long thanks to this store )and asked for same things I ate as last time (just a pizza pepperoni slice and bowl of meal balls) and the girl with dark hair gave me the most weirdest look and was made uncomfortable since. I said yes with cheese and jalapeños which she didn?t even do for the meatballs and then she tossed the bowl to her colleague at till. And I said I ordered pepperoni slice too which she cooked and almost burnt and made comments 4 times about do I want more or want it as foot long when I repeatedly said no. I felt like I made a crime just because I wanted a few bites for lunch and nothing too big. She didn?t even serve any cutlery or smile or said bye like the boy from last week did at the store. I could also hear her say stuff in Spanish to a colleague which is completely rude as I can sense when being spoken about.Safe to say my lunch break and whole day has been ruined by this awful customer service and I am put off ever going there again until she leaves. Management need to look into this as I?m not the only one who says this about the girl that works there with dark hair.

Worst subway I've been too, couldn't cut the rolls properly, 3 bits of sweetcorn, 2 strands of onion, 2 peppers, roll looked awful didn't enjoy it, rude girl served us! Should of eat at home

My sandwich tasted like bleach ? sandwiches are always low on filling and if you order via an app then it doesn't turn up for a hour which makes no sense when it literally take less then 3 minutes for them to make a sandwich ? even shorter considering how little they put in. Worst part is this is a franchise store so the owner only cares about profit. They seriously need to sack this store off at this point. Go to one of the other subways in the local area and avoid eating bleach ?
