The girl who took my order for services made an error and didn?t take responsibility for the mistake. When I pointed it out, she insisted that it was what I had asked for, instead of offering to fix the issue. I expected better customer service and professionalism. 05/10/24

Alright sub but rude staff. Who ever was working this evening, at 11pm 14th Aug, was really rude to me but polite to my boyfriend. Questioned when I wanted hot sauce and extra jalepenos (yeah I'm British but love my spice).
