Did find the music a bit loud in there, and although the drinks are more expensive than other places, you do get a larger mug even though I bought 2 regular sized drink.

I am a gold member and have been for many many years. I take my daughter in today and spent £15. The service was diabolical, the woman behind us got her drink first and the young dark skin lad said no no it?s free! This is after I spent £15. The queue was massive. Only two members of staff working. A man called Mark the area manager came behind the counter and instead of helping he simply had a laugh with a staff member and put an Hawaiian Garland on his head and laughed and walked off. If you check cctv you will see I am speaking the truth. Disgusting service and behaviour. My number is +447974444445 if you would like to call. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!!! Will never recommend this franchise to anybody!!!

It was very quiet when we went so nice and tidy and quick service. Family friendly with a good selection of drinks, with plenty of non coffee options, and some lovely bakery items with vegan options. I find it particularly kid friendly with things like cake pops, cookie straws, chocolate coins and lemonades and hot chocolate etc.
