Massive queue , very slow service , they prioritise the order over walk in customers. Can’t prioritise nor apologise for the delay 11 people now stood here waiting for a drink .. who has this much time in their day to wait for a coffee .. taking my customs elsewhere ..

A few weeks ago I got outstanding service there. The barista was super careful with my allergy (gluten) and triple checked everything. I was super impressed with her and how mindful she was!
