Rare occasion where the Starbucks is probably a nicer place to work than the nearby Nero. Too many dirty tables however. Espresso always comes in a plastic cup with a plastic lid.

Ericson and Megan were super kind to us! They greeted us with a ?hello? and a smile as soon as we walked in, they were so friendly and welcoming the whole time they made our delicious drinks. Hard to find such great service nowadays! Thank you both :)

Ordered a Frappuccino it was presented nicely, staff were fairly friendly. Had to ask for toilet code as wasnt given a receipt, got it handed to me toilet was clean enough. Was a bit dark and dingy in there but that seems standard for Starbucks TBH.
Dietary restrictions: I love that they do Vegan light whipped topping, it's tasty and you don't feel you're missing out.

Very dirty place, with awful staffs.
I ordered a refresha drink which was just ice with a little drink, wasn?t worth the price.

Terrible service. The staff here are on island time. Took ages for them to even take my order. And they look like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. Drink was terrible as well no flavour at all won't be back here.
