Rare occasion where the Starbucks is probably a nicer place to work than the nearby Nero. Too many dirty tables however. Espresso always comes in a plastic cup with a plastic lid.

Coffee was alright but the place is soulless and scruffy. Used to come here regularly a decade ago and it was nothing like it was. Depressing

Ericson and Megan were super kind to us! They greeted us with a “hello” and a smile as soon as we walked in, they were so friendly and welcoming the whole time they made our delicious drinks. Hard to find such great service nowadays! Thank you both :)
