Made to feel comfortable and welcoming. Staff very good and a good choice of eye glasses.Tests were painless.I did not need new glasses but have got new glasses before from them .

Two weeks ago I'm was searching for my Vision check and afternoon after work am have appointment. All Staff was so welcoming and Professional.Doctor Syed check my Vision,Hi was so Kind after that Assistants Izzy and Charlotta WERY kindly helps me dicaid the glasses.When I'm live Specsavers that day feels so great.Today am collected my two pairs off glasses and again all was just Perfect! Thank You for your help and Kind, Regards!!!

Long wait times although appointment was made in advance. Only one optician working and she does not know the process when assigning the next customer in turn from the clipboards waiting for her after pre sight testing. The other customer who just arrived was completed within 20 mins in total whilst we were waiting for over 1.5 hours and were supposed to be seen before her and another customer - not the greatest experience- xchurch it is next time.

The experience I had was absolutely fantastic. The Boscombe team are all amazing, knowledgeable and work very hard with professionalism and enthusiasm. Such a friendly, kind, organised, happy team. Nothing was too much, they all listened and focused on my needs and I left with exactly what I wanted and needed. I most certainly recommend their service. I can't wait to go back for anything I need in the future. I love my glasses and wear them with pride. I am extremely proud to be one of their customers! Thank you Specsavers Boscombe, keep up the great fantastic wonderful work you do!

Boscombe, Bournemouth, Specsavers.call from Specsavers despite requesting NO CALLS.Cold call on Saturday and the young girl "only doing her job" couldn't answer any of my questions and hung up due to "the tone of my voice" after 46 years I don't think changing it is an option, my tone as far as I'm aware was no different throughout the call.45 mins on hold as number 1 in que ???Snowflakes at there wet self's.

MONEY and TIME Wasting! More of a dramatic place then providing authentic services. I popped in after seeing the big discount boards and posters. Unfortunately, I was charged not just extra £10 during Eye Test when infact, this is what they wrote on the posters. But then after going through phases of check-ups. I was charged up to £40 extra. Such a joke of a service when they told me 1 pair of Glass will be free and on posters they wrote, ''£15 for 2 pairs'' and then I was charged nearly £200. Too many hidden charges, lack of transparency, professionalism, poor customer support and even lie on their forms. Not a single stuff they mentioned as FREEBIES were given to me in the end but handovered me just Box of Glasses and that's it. They don't even value people timings. Almost took me 4 hours in just Eye Checkup and forgot the Hearing Test (which they highlighted in big fonts, advertised) which I reminded in the end. First ever worse experience being a first time and will never recommend!

They try way too hard to sell you things you don't need, want or can't afford. The people doing this are so obviously on commission, because the attitude changes when they can't flog their wares on to you.
