Tried to call specsavers boscombe got answering machine saying we are closed our opening time is 8.30am, etc......... this was at 8.50am

On first visit to the store I was met by an extremely friendly lady called Barbie who immediately made me feel seen.
She helped me pick some frames and it does make me anxious!
Sameer.. what a gentleman! He is quite literally the fashion guru of Boscombe Specsavers!
He helped me get the right pairs and impeccable knowledge.
Izzy.. she fitted my glasses when I collected them and she was so lovely and helpful she knew exactly what to do without needing to stress me further(as mentioned above, it causes me anxiety!)
Emma.. what a superstar lady! She resolved some minor issues I had and I am so thankful for her input making the process effortless and stress free!

CONTACT LENSES:
Katie was so so so incredible patient with me as it causes me anxiety and I am so thankful for the time she spent with me. The care I felt from Katie was so lovely that it makes me feel emotional thinking about how lucky people are to have someone who very obviously cares!
She handed me over to Charlotte (who I could talk to for hours, what a fantastic young individual she is!) and she talked me through everything I needed to know and answered my questions in great detail and professionalism.

I will always mark Specsavers Boscombe down as a 5 star.
If it was not for them. Then back in 2019 i would have either lost my life or gone completely blind. They went beyond the service required, even getting me seen at the hospital where i found that i had brain damage.
Over the years since this specsavers has worked closly with me to help with my eyesight and general eye health, and despite have dry eyes, and needing glasses to help focus, my eyesight is near perfect now and i have specsavers Boscombe to thank for this.
The shop is always a pleasent enviroment, cool glasses and plenty of space in the waiting area. The staff are experts in their field and are very very profesional. I would happily reccomend specsaver boscombe to anyone looking for glasses/contsct lenses and your visit will be a very positive one in the energy and atmosphere of the team.

Apart from being insistent with the issue of seeing the frames of the glasses (knowing if that is really the reason why you are there) I had a charge at the follow-up appointment for which I was told that I would not be charged. They are always looking for a way to profit.
