Have now had 2 Swedish massages from Lita: she is brilliant - and I have had a lot of massages in my life! She is one of the best ever - I strongly recommend her. She is professional, careful, caring and really invigorates and strengthens the body. I felt so light afterwards. Try her for yourself, you won't regret it.

I was treated to a full body massage with South Coast Beauty as a new mum and wow, it was the best massage I've ever had!! The whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish and felt so personalised and intuitively done. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be looking to go back. I stayed at The Lodge At Meyrick Park for the weekend and treated myself to a Nu Skin Galvanic Spa Treatment with Becky.The room was nicely lit and I was made very comfortable, relaxed and warm before my treatment started. The facial treatment was so relaxing I fell asleep during it :)On my second day, I had a Full Body Exfoliate & Body Moisturise with Lati. This was also very relaxing with a gentle exfoliation technique used.I would highly recommend both treatments and if I return to Bournemouth for another weekend trip, I will definitely book treatments with them again.
