They haven't had a gas bottle for several weeks. I inquired on the phone and I talk to him and he hangs up. He doesn't pick it up after that.

Very rude staff on the night shift, I tried to put petrol at the pump, but being blocked I didn't succeed, I turned the car around to put it at the pump near the entrance. The boy at the cash register gesturing that I shouldn't put in petrol because I had put in petrol earlier at a pump that I didn't even pass by, and I didn't pay. I asked him to check the cameras, but his answer was "I was in the back" and then gesturing to leave. Very rude. Probably he was trying to make me pay for someone else .

The rudest customer service I've ever experienced. The young lad yesterday morning has hiven myself and my son issues before. He can never be bothered to activate pumps. Myself and another guy were ready to walk away yesterday. Many occasions recently weve had this issue, always rude or put out because he has to stop watching a film or talking to a friend on the phone to serve a customer. Yesterday morning, it was topped off with a loud burp in my face whilst i was trying to pay, and not a single word said to apologise. Was my local but not stepping foot in this place again!

Rude and unhelpful staff, unable to understand simple requests regarding separate fuel and food. Ended up losing out on a shell go rewards as they voided them.

I?m not sure why all the negative comments, cheapest petrol in Bournemouth, friendly staff. Everything went smooth. Not the first time filling up here.

Very Very Very.... bad customer service A person who works night shift is not suitable for this position You have to wait a very long time for the pump to turn on he is very rude when dealing with a customer I am no longer using your services

Incredibly rude, ignorant male serving in here! Purposely pretending to not understand me speaking basic english with a Bournemouth accent as I was born and bred here. He was speaking back fast and heavily accented on purpose so I could not discuss the issue with him. If this is the best communication he really has then he should not be in a customer facing role in an english speaking country however I doubt this is the case, I am sure he is just a thoroughly horrible, obnoxious male. I'm not going to refer to him as a man as he is no man! A man would behave much better. Not a garage I use and most certainly won't be back! Was considering making it my regular as it is so near to me, their prices have improved recently and I joined the shell app. But never again - I will stick to Tesco Riverside who have 'normal' people serving!

Went to fill up at 21:30 this evening, 5th September 2022 The entrance barricaded to stop cars driving in even though they clearly state they are open 24hrs.... I Drove 20 minutes to fill up! Shell teach this shop some customer service please!!

Abusive to customer! I drove my car in and the Person in charge on 4th Jul 2022 was abusive cuz I didn?t carry change and got inside to ask if I could get change. The car wash machine was not having a smart card reader hence I requested for this! No reason for him to be abusive and ask me not to go back in there!!!
