our own experiences were never appeared any welcoming from this store employees. People might had some difficulties in daily but everyday with that sort of face expression was terribly sorry for.
try to step in next door clarks, skecher, JD or even sportsdirect. they do customer service and better in sale + happy at work.

5 stars+ ... went there with my son ... a lovely little ''girl'', skinny, blond hair, (unfortunatly don't know her name), but anyway she done everything that she could, her dedication, her patience with my son was over the limits ... normally I'm not writting reviews, but she definetly needs to be mentioned ... really happy with the service ... 100% we will be back for our next purchase :)

My ex was horrible.
Purchased on line 2 pairs of boots in November 2023- paid in full plus delivery.
Both items had fallen apart and returned the 2nd pair in store Bh1 on 13/3/24
HAD to page head office 3 times for my refund only to find out Company HAD BREACH MY PRIVACY RIGHTS BY PASSING MY DETAILS TO KLARNA, THEIR BROKER LENDER - I DO NOT HAVE KLARNA!!!!!!!!- COMANY HAS ALSO SENT TO ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE REFUND THROUGH KLARNA. I AM NOW HAVING TO SUE THEM AND TAKE THE COMPANY "TO THE CLEANERS! !!!!" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! BY DOING THAT TO ME THEY COULD BE GUILTY OF ID FRAUD AND MUCH MORE!
SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!

After a 5 year love/hate relationship with my moon boots (they hurt!) I finally decided to end things with them.I've always wanted to have my very own pair of Buffalo Trainers so I looked online, saw they were in the Bournemouth Store and headed over.The staff member who helped me was absolutely amazing. He found them in my size and stayed close to make sure I was happy with the fit, let me wear them and disposed of the shoe box and found me a bag to carry my other shoes.He was very understanding of my disappointment of my old shoes, it meant a lot.I don't know if it was luck or if he planned it but once I sorted myself out and was ready to pay I didn't have to hobble far on my blistered foot to the till he had open and I was already feeling better with the shoes he helped me get.Thank you for a great shopping experience.

They never respond to phone calls, been ringing them for hours and still on hold. There are usually 3 kids (staff) on floor they usually spend the day chatting to each other and not much help to customers. They also tried to sell me damaged display items at full price. Website said stock available, it wasn't, so as a bonus we wasted 2 hours driving and walking plus expenses of travel. Very poor.

Poor quality of service, staff doesn't care much about customers. We travelled down with my bestie to shop, previously checked online for availability where it said they were in stock at Bournemouth (tried to phone too to confirm but they just put you on hold for hours and hang up on you every time). Funnily item wasn't available in shop apart from a damaged, scratched display pair, so we just wasted money and hours on travelling for nothing. They tried to sell said damaged display item at full price to us, what a shame. After coming home we find out on website that they always sell ex display items at reduced price! Feel let down and never going to get back our time and money that gone wasted because of their dishonest and unreliable service. Could have given 0 star
