Nice charity shop, I would suggest that they find the way to have a fitting room and it would be important to make clients that certain items can not be returned, like necklaces or bracelets (I would understand earrings, but customers should be made aware).

This shop is beautifully laid out ? very friendly staff - and dog friendly too ? background music helps to make this a lovely shopping experience ?

A great find. Westbound itself is a lovely little shopping area with many boutique and charity shops. Found a couple of great branded menswear bargains, that looked new and were very reasonably priced. Much better value than the other charity shops in the area too.
