Gabriel had the gentlest touch, so methodical... I felt instantly relaxed from the start... And instead of thinking 'that went quick!'... I felt like it lasted for hours...

I love Gabriella and Victoria. Their customer service is excellent and the luxury dermaplain and aromatherapy facials are amazing for skin care and a must for relaxing and wellbeing and a well deserved treat I give myself once a month. I highly recommend them.

I?ve been here 3 times now for different treatments and each time I?ve had a wonderful experience. The standard of the treatments is so high and the salon has an extremely luxury feel to it. I?ve already booked to go back and wouldn?t go anywhere else for any beauty needs ?

Possibly the worst top lip and chin wax I have ever had.Several hairs were missed and I quite easily removed them myself at home, with tweezers.I have also been left with scabby patches where the wax was. After three days, these are starting to heal but they were so bad, that I cancelled two weekend nights out due to not being able to hide them with makeup. It seems that a top layer of skin had been ripped off a little too deep.I won't be going there again and it has now put me off waxing, which previously I had never had a bad experience of.Service: Waxing

I have been a customer on and off for the last 4 years . I don?t know the name of the Beautian who is very good and usually does my LVL lashes enhancer, however, in this occasion I was seen by a different beautician who was very nice and chatty, I really liked her so I tipped her £10. However, my lashes were almost back to their own original shape after just three days, so I called so that the problem could be fixed. I was told that they were fully booked on the next Saturday and I was told that it was not recommended to do the lashes again so soon and that they were going to fix things in 6 weeks. It was agreed that it would be complimentary, but I was charged. When I explained the situation I was told by the beautician that she didn?t know anything about the situation and she considered that 50% off was reasonable.I feel cheated because my lashes had lasted only 3 days, I paid £49, but I paid for nothing. I don?t understand how they could charge me again to fix a problem they created ? Not good enough.I won?t go back.

I?ve been several times to get different treatments done and every time it has been a relaxing and an enjoyable experience. The beauticians are all very lovely and welcoming and have done an amazing job with every treatment I?ve had. I?m so happy with my new classic lashes, they look so thick and fluffy while still looking natural and not too heavy which isn?t something I?ve had before.
