Sainsbury's experience is overall excellent, but when l buy the boxes of small cheese flavoured Ritz biscuits from Sainsbury Castle point, nearly half the biscuits are broken. Not good when you are having a get together with friends.

Everything is good here: food, including from other countries, drinks, household goods, clothing for children, women and men, and the Tu brand really pleases with its combination of high quality, styles and pleasant, varied colors!
One thing I don?t understand is why do you have to pay for parking? What if I pull into a parking lot, go to the store, but end up not buying anything - in this case, do I still have to pay?

Ladies toilets are disgusting every time I go there, in such a filthy state with no toilet tissue in any cubicle. Bins were overflowing . The manager just told me that they rely on a contractor who comes in once a day! ONCE A DAY ?. This is a big store! I am shocked.

I generally love shopping at Sainsbury's, today was one of those days when some shelves were not stocked with goods I buy frequently. Castlepoint is not a very well managed store when it comes to keeping the shelves topped up.
