Don't expect to park easily or for free. A two hour parking charge is £1.90. Inside the store layout is strange. Bread down one end but for bagels and rolls they're at the opposite end of the store. In terms of tidiness - it's very tidy and well stocked. But if you're planning more than a few essentials be aware it's self serve which isn't unusual these days but the till design is literally a shopping holding space of around one foot by two foot. So you have to pile up the shopping like Jenga and then stop and pay for a section of it. Then carry on with Jenga. We're on holiday but made a poor decision today.

Normally I go to Sainsbury's on the way back from Boscombe library to checkout the special offers and reduced produce after 6pm. Then I buy everything and use my Nectar card to earn points of get even more discounts.
This Sainsbury's also has an Argos store tucked inside. Soon I may be using that to kit out my holiday let.

Sainsbury's in Boscombe is a convenient store with a good selection of products.

Don't bother, if you want quality organic products. This branch has been relentlessly reducing its stock of organic produce for many months now. No So organic Cheddar, no So organic baked beans, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, cashew nuts.... The list goes on.
What's even more ridiculous is the fact that many of these products are stocked in the much smaller "Sainsbury's local" in Southbourne. Only thing I go here for now are toilet rolls and organic dairy...when it's in stock.
All the shelves have the newest products at the front....lazy shelf filling. Often take out of date products to the cashiers so that they can be withdrawn from sale.
This branch has sadly become an embarrassment to the Sainsbury's name.

Used to love shopoing the skinny blonde girl in the boscombe store seems to have a problem with us follows us down every aisle staring at us i have been shopping here for a long time and it is inappropriate behaviour.what hapoened to the lovely ladies who worked there we could have a lsugh and giggle with now just get stalked and slow staff not wanting to shop the any more.

Useful store with genuine supermarket prices rather than convenience store prices. Normally not too busy. A more limited selection due to size is the only downside

Reducing choice and could be cleaner
The staff told me they were planning to reduce the choice even more when you go for items on offer oh we don't do this you have to go to a bigger store

Please tell your security guards to be more discreet and stop being stuck behind customers trying to play like if they are also shopping at the same rail . I was really frustrated today I nearly put my basket in the floor and left.this the last I will shop at Sainsbury's boscombe.
