I have used this pharmacy for several years, never had an issue. They are hardworking and always helpful.
The poor reviews on here are from the minority that only come online to complain

Staff were always polite and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and the place is very efficient. They always text me when medicines are available for repeat prescriptions.

So many issues over the years, from rude or disinterested staff, to being overcharged for items, to being given the wrong medication....I usually try to avoid this place if possible. It still shocks me that they have a consistently low star rating, multiple one star reviews, yet they carry on regardless making little or no changes in staff, practices or attitudes. Guess that having a captive clientele means they're unlikely to change at this point.

My daughter and I visited the pharmacy as my daughter is having trouble with her ears. She saw a lovely pharmacist called Laura, who was incredibly thorough and put my daughter at such ease because she was so warm and approachable. Fantastic service. Thank you so much.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, no consideration for patients requiring prescription. Sat on prescription for a week, went to see if they had received it from the doctors and was told they couldn't get the required medication and we would have to source it ourselves despite having only three days left.

What is the point of being open all day but between 1pm & 1-30pm no one can serve you your repeat prescription, even if it?s been processed and it?s just a case of picking it up? Surely the majority of people coming to your pharmacy are doing so to collect prescriptions. Perhaps it would be better to close for half an hour and change your opening times online so as to not inconvenience your customers. At the very least your website should state that prescriptions cannot be processed between 1pm & 1-30pm.

Be careful if you're about to book your COVID booster, they wouln't take the time to let you know they havent got any vaccine (happened to me twice in that place) not their business if you have to leave work early or take a bus to get there....probably not a too interesting customer.

It is hard to put into words just how incompetent this pharmacy is - problem after problem but a new one today !!!!!! I have 2 husbands now at my address ? one is younger than the other - when I assured them that I definitely did not have 2 men with the same name living in my house I was told I was wrong and that she had the information on screen in front of her !!!!! We always wondered where his controlled meds kept disappearing too. Shocking !!!

I went to Rowlands having been let down elsewhere. The staff were kind, caring and very professional. They understood my needs, were reassuring and supplied my medication within 48 hours (the online supplier I?d been using had messed me about for over two weeks and still not fulfilled the prescription). The staff are incredibly busy but I saw them interact with other patients and their standard of care was exemplary. I look forward to them being my permanent pharmacy now. Thanks Rowlands.

I wish I could give it 0 star. Had an vaccine appointment today and I arrived early. I asked reception lady could I stay inside pharmacy and sit on chair until my call. There were literally 9 chair and only 1person was set over there. The reception lady & other lady (probably pharmacist) gave me a weird look and denied my request. They said they are so busy so they can not keep people inside. It was bit windy today and cold. So I was expecting to stay inside. So their rude approach push me to sit outside for 45 min & now I have runny nose! The lady who gave me vaccines probably new starter or she does not know how to give vaccine. She push vaccine and make it bleeding.Was asking for band aid. They replied they don't have any!What a callus pharmacy and their stuff!
