Ban zero hours contracts and provide someone with the opportunity to improve first before termination. CEO is clearly a narcissist in this company; expecting too much on min wage in 3 weeks.
Also, the ethics of this company is disturbing. A kid should have been safeguarded from an abusive dad, so I'm happy I left in the end when the management didn't take this seriously or note it down.
That's the difference between leaders and bosses. Leaders ask how can we work with you, whereas bosses don't care about you neither praise you for any work that you do. They also genuinely care about the staffs well-being. In the break room, it specifically states you can't have a drink on shift that's just immoral. No wonder your staff turnover is ridiculous. Good riddance!

Great afternoon at Rock Reef Bournemouth, kids tried everything out. Big shout out to Benjamin for helping our daughter in the Leap Of Faith when she decided it was way too scary! Thank you for climbing up and talking her through how to get off in a less scary way!

What can I say about rock reef. We went to the SEN session and it was also my daughters first time climbing.
From the moment we stepped into the place to the moment we left we were met with such friendliness and enthusiasm.
All the staff were great but a special shout out to Emily. She was so kind, patient and bubbly with my daughter and she has such a great way with those who need a confidence boost. She explained everything, bombed up the wall alongside her and guided her around the high wire. My daughter left with a huge spring in her step and we will most definitely be back!
Thanks Rock Reef, you guys rock!!
