Purchased a Marantz surround sound system. We found it a little complicated to set up, having zero knowledge, we phoned Richer Sounds for advice and within 30 minutes Paul was here to help us complete the job, free of charge. All the staff we spoke to for advice were helpful knowledgeable and friendly, and the sound is amazing. Thanks so much Richer sounds for fantastic customer service from start to finish.

I?ve been looking for a stereo for awhile And then I come across Richer sounds I phoned customer services and they were really helpful and I really pleased with the product that I chose over the telephone talking to the Sales person I would really recommend if you?re looking for a hi-fi system try the store

Emailed about Amp/sound issues on an old piece of equipment. But Paul called me and helped me re wire the system correctly and now it's working again, so happy. Thanks Paul, super helpful. Highly recommend Richer sounds for it's quality stock and life time help ??

I had an outstanding experience at Richer Sounds Bournemouth, thanks to Paul, the manager. His help was beyond what I expected ? he took the time to guide me through my options with a level of expertise and honesty that?s incredibly rare these days. Paul?s extensive knowledge made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale.

What a joy to talk to experts. Dan asked me questions and listened, in order to come up with the best options not necessarily the most expensive. As well as checking out some of my ideas and suggestions.
I bought a TV and Hi-Fi system and at each stage they offered sound advice based on building the right system and connectivity. Dan was patient and helpful beyond the norm. I am now convinced on the merit of buying from Richer Sounds over the big High street brands or online. My advice don?t trust the adverts or reviews, see and hear for yourself and listen to trusted experts in their field.

A1 -Richer Sounds has for 15 years or so been amazing.Paul at the Bournmouth store, yet again, was a great help- they do believe in having you as a customer for life and going the extra mile.
In a time where if it goes wrong you can be left in the dark with other companies that don?t care, Richer Sounds always come across passionate and keen about audio visual tech, but equally(and more) about their name, your needs and the client- something lacking in so many other companies!

Today I went in as a Chinese brand display of mine went pop and I needed a new one for working from home / gaming etc. was looking for a nice 42? OLED. When I walked in one of the chaps called Oscar said to me if I needed any help just let him know. There?s never any pressure when you walk in the door.
I did need some help, I was looking for a display that wasn?t on er?. Display. He brought one out. We talked about it. I asked about alternatives. They actually had an open boxed return that they?d give me for a good discount and still throw in their epic organically-farmed locally sourced 6 year warranty (did I mention their epic warranty?).
I actually had to use this epic warranty two decades ago. With a top of the line £700 DVD player. It had gone pop. They repaired it. It went pop again at 5 years old. They sent it off for repair. Same issue. They wanted to give me a like for like replacement but there was nothing as fancy produced anymore. So they gave me a full refund, no ifs, no buts. Just an apology and all the money back.
Today I bought a nice OLED display from them for my desk. It?s lovely. Maybe if I spent hours and hours scouring the internet I may have falsely saved the price of a pint for my time. I prefer the reassurance that I can go back to a shop of people who love audio visual equipment, love the stuff and know what an anguish it is if something goes wrong and can?t be fixed or the stress of dealing with crappy policies some other retailers have.
Thanks to all three chaps in there. They were unhurried. They happily discussed what would suit my needs best. Disagreed with each other or pointed out disadvantages or advantages.
I wish a lot more companies were like Richer Sounds.
