More than 5 stars from Stavane who helped me to find the right size bra.
She looked along two rails until she found it
I was so impressed by her diligence and really wanting to help

Good store, which is clean and is well stocked. They have fitting rooms. Does get busy but good number of staff on the till, so wait is not that long. Staff are friendly and polite.

Avoid at any cost!! Worst customer service. Second time going back to return something in 2 yrs. and treat me as I took it without pay. Never been treated like that in any another store!!! I needed to show not only my bank statements but also my credit card and all my private information, just to get 20£ refund on something that I already purchased ( with a receipt) ! Absolutely horrific service!
