We felt the initial welcome could have been warmer. The toilets were not as clean as expected, and there was no toilet paper available, which was disappointing. The street entrance had loads of rubbish blown in, but realise this is a bit more difficult to keep on top of. Have had better food in other Prezzo restaurants.

Came into Prezzo yesterday evening for dinner with friends for a birthday celebration. We were shown to our table quickly and ordered our drinks. Issues began when we had told the servers we would order via the app however we were unable to due to a server being logged onto our table order? Food gradually started arriving however my meal took almost 2 hours. In some instances my peers who ordered after me, received their food before me. If we were actually asked how our meal was, as most establishments do, it wouldn?t have been difficult to notice that an entire meal was missing. When my food eventually arrived it was okay, at best. Nothing fabulous and definitely not worth an almost 2 hour wait. As an employee of BH2 I felt I had to almost battle for a discount that we have established with this venue. I would like to hope this doesn?t happen often in the establishment but overall for the price and how the situation was handled, I do not feel inclined to visit again.

Lovely warm welcome, offered choice of tables. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff attentive but gave us time to make our menu choices. Lovely, tasty food. Used my birthday voucher (thank you Prezzo) for a bottle of Prosecco. Would recommend a visit.

Poor family experience for travellers with a dog. Offered to seat on the terrace where we had no service for 30mn. Cold food. Noisy exterior on a busy driving lane, not worth a stop.
