The only one Pret in Bournemouth but it's great commercial and advert for whole uk pret. The shop/restaurant is big, cozy, and welcoming. Even they were missing staff that day, guys menaged to complete order quickly. Well done girls ð??ð??? keep doing great job.

Very rude staff. They leave the place dirty until flies appear. When giving you your plastic cutlery they touch the bit that goes in your mouth with their (possibly not so clean) hands. When you buy a toastie sandwich they leave it on the heater way too long until the bottom is charred black. I found a hair in my salad. When you complain about anything you are thereby doomed with terrible water-like coffee every time you order it as the staff are vindictive with elephant-like memories. They also over bake everything there at the beginning it was lovely but now I ended up very grateful to Starbucks .

Itâ??s a nice atmosphere and the Food/Drinks are also very nice. But I think it it would be easy to reduce the plastic usage. Because you say your a natural and organic restaurant and plastic/waste is not organic an environment friendly. Maybe you can have reusable cutlery and plates for the guests who eat in the restaurant, and donâ??t put it in a bag.

I came into this branch to buy a homeless person a coffee and the lovely lady called Lauren didn't charge me for this drink to give to the chap who was sadly homeless.

Tasty but gets a bit too busy so hard pressed to find a chair to sit on. Nice tomato soup. Great quality but pricey.

Was in Bournemouth Town Centre doing shopping and basically just wanted a cold drink. On entering there was an exceptionally long queue and I took a cold drink from the cabinet and had the £1.85 In my hand and asked if I could just pay and go to which the 1 girl serving said "No - you have to go to end of queue". Disgraceful service - so slow -. Once I had sat and had my drink I proceeded to the Ladies Toilet. One out of 3 working - the others out of order. The Disabled Toilet was free and as I am disabled I went in. Not very pleasant I can tell you. The Baby Changing Facility was "out of order" was what I noticed. I quickly came out never to go there again.

I use to see the odd Pret wherever I went but I never use to go inside. I recently went inside & now I never walk passed without popping in. They offer dairy free/vegan options, which is probably a big reason as to why I go but they also offer good quality produce. The decor is always modern/up to date & it certainly has a premium feel to the place. I would really like to see a bigger selection of vegan products but apart from that it's always a place I can rely on for a snack, some lunch or a hot drink. There is no table service but the staff are always usually friendly & pleasant.

Great coffee selection and great coffee. Best cakes and biscuits, fresh baked, in town. Good staff, and I love their values, delivering left over food to deserving people. Good range of salads, soups, etc. Vegan/Veggie.

I always forget that they charge more if you eat in than if you just buy the food and go somewhere else.

As a regular visitor to Pret in Bournemouth I feel it necessary to bring to the attention of management that at about 4:00pm Sunday afternoon we popped in for a light snack and coffee only to find the food shelves almost empty leaving very little choice. There was nobody at any of the tills and one person making coffees. This same person eventually came over to the tills to serve. There was one or two other staff packing the shelves - but with cool drinks not food. We enjoy Pret's warm cheese and ham croissant but, alas, this is never available at Bournemouth. I previously asked why this is not stocked and was told it would normally only be brought out after 5:00pm. Strange!

Fantastic staff, food and coffee. My family and I attend Pret Bournemouth regularly and have always had a great experience. There is a great selection of healthy food that is regularly restocked and fresh. While the organic coffee is the best in town.
Staff pay tremendous attention to detail, preempting my order as well as welcoming my family and i with a friendly smile and greeting every time we attend.
