I purchased an Urban 110 V8 from premier sports solutions and it?s been an awful experience, at the start Cliff was great. Ordered my car and when it arrived the Urban body kit was not fully fitted and in fitting the parts that where on the car they damaged the body work in several places so I rejected the car and it went back to them to be fixed. Defender came back and looked great and then the Urban front wheel arches started to peel away from the body with a visible gap as it hadn?t been bonded correctly. Multiple excuses about weather being to hot etc. eventually the defender was sent to Urban head office who sorted out the problems within 24 hours so I guess they used the correct bonding agent. Some parts where still missing off the body kit which arrived and where again fitted at the head office months after I purchased the car. I am still waiting for the original 22in alloys to get shipped to me after 7 months of lies and broken promises. Best advice is buy the cars from Urban directly and avoid these liars.Response to dealers reply,The addition kit items where ordered as it was never made clear as to the what an Urban kit was, the original car offered to me was a wide kit without a milltek exhaust. A new car was then offered which I took up with the urban kit and milltek.The car was eventually sorted out but I needed to put pressure on you guys to do it, the excuse that a footballer wouldn?t notice or care about the fitment of an Urban body kit was a poor reason to not fit it properly in the first place. Even by your own admission your body work shop was new and the poor quality work needed to be fixed by Urbans HQ.The original wheels have finally arrived after 7 months of waiting and you guys directly lying to me. But I agree they have arrivedWhat I didn?t mention is the phone call I had a few weeks ago just before I put up my review with the owner Richard Clark, maybe I got him on bad day and I am aware we all have days like that, however he was rude to me, told me the car I brought from his dealership was rubbish and was difficult to the point to being slightly threatening, telephone tough guy. Strange to have the opinion about Urbans wide track V8 defender as (SH1T) as he is only place authorised by Urban to fit and sell cars for them. Strange little man

I?ve just bought my third car from Cliff at Premier Sports Solutions and once again the experience was first class. Cliff?s speed and accuracy of communication is the best I?ve experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and the car is exactly as described. Cliff and the team work very hard to make things happen under tight time pressure and always to the highest quality. Thanks again guys and see you next year for my fourth car !!!!!

DO NOT!!!!!! Enter into a finance agreement with these people or their associates. They will finance you on a 119k car but you will owe £228k. Or a £224,995 car that will cost you £395,612. It?s financial suicide for these rich yet not so sensible individuals. I hate to see daylight robbery but here it is.

Purchased a Range Rover Vogue from this business. Absolutely first class. All is great when things are going well but when issues arise, that is how you judge a business. Just had a full health check done on the car, car was in great condition, the few niggle's will get sorted and they have been amazing with sorting those out for me. From experience, you can trust this business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Special thanks to Cliff who has been in contact with me, pre and post sale and looked after me throughout. Great effort by everyone at the business :)

Absolute pleasure purchasing a car from Cliff. This is how buying a car should be. Excellent service from start to finish, smooth process to purchase and someone who actually knows the product they are selling. A welcome change from a number of main dealer experiences . Wow, what an amazing level of service from Cliff at Premier Sports Solutions. If you are a buyer be 100% confident in these guys!!They actually should be renamed ronseal....because they do exactly what they say they will. Bought our AMG GT and although it took us 3 months to sort the finance they were so chilled out and patient.4 days before delivery I asked for some extra work and it was completed the very next day. Had the car delivered by Daryl and again just a great guy to chat with.Been buying cars for over 40 years from independents and main dealers. Rest assured these guys are at the very top of their profession. 5 stars is not enough!!!!

Just picked up my Porsche today from Premier Sports Solutions! The car is immaculate and exceeded all expectations. Cliff is by fair the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I was blown away with his level of service. He is phenomenal and a real credit to the company. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process and he went above and beyond every step of the way! I will definitely be returning for my future cars. The guys are absolutely fantastic! Obviously a great selection of cars but most importantly and what sets these apart from other companies I have purchased similar cars from is the customer service.I dealt personally with Cliff, he sent me updates at every stage and kept to his times and promises. Nothing was an issue for these and they just got it done! I will 100% be back and would even go as far to say that I wouldn?t purchase a super car or 4x4 from any other used dealer.
