It's a premier inn so you know what to expect, but some of the smallest rooms I have ever seen in a premier inn...

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting family. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very friendly. Special mentions for Andy on Reception and Laurent in the breakfast room who were very friendly and helpful. We had previously stayed at the nearby Premier Inn in West cliff and much preferred it to this one. The building looks grim from the outside and could do with a lick of paint, inside and out. My main gripe is that the hotel was freezing, particularly in the corridors. The rooms are heated by an air conditioning system. It only goes up to 24 degrees, which when the room is freezing cold is not enough to warm it up. If you complain at reception they will remotely adjust the heating to a higher temperature, however after a while or if you touch the controls it reverts to 24 degrees again. The a/c unit was also incredibly noisy and this kept me awake at night. There are also no sockets near the bed to charge your phone, which is irritating. There is limited onsite parking, but you have to pay £7 a day for it. There is some on-street parking nearby, which is free. Would I stay here again? No, I'd go to the West Cliff Premier Inn instead.Rooms: The rooms are freezing with very noisy and inefficient heating units.

Very noisy through the night .Early Sunday morning spoilt with lorry delivery just below our room. Staff weren't interested in our concern, as fartoo busy chatting to other members of staff . Really sad as frequently stay at other premier inn locations

We would have had a nice stay but one staff member in particular just ruined the whole stay for us. They were incredibly rude and discriminated my husband and my family. Not great at all.

Very old building that needs updating, not like premier inn standards. Bathroom smells , light bulb not working.Very cold room when we checked in as they rely on electric heating and was turned off on arrival. It took at least 3 hours to warm the room up. Bathroom was very cold as a consequence.Wheely chair missing a wheel from which my child has fallen down. I requested a replacement in vain

Staff were excellent and rooms clean, tidy and comfy. Breakfast very nice. Only complaint was the room was so so hot could barely sleep (this was in January 2024 so not warm outside). Had an air con unit in the room but only blew out hot air, the temp gauge would not move from 24°C or give out cold air. Made sleeping uncomfortable. Location good, about 15 min walk into centre of Bournemouth and pier etc. Also no sockets next to bed which are useful for charging phones etc

Rooms are as standard, but the team were lovely and a surprise bar of chocolate when staying over Christmas with a hand written note! Lovely!

PREMIER INN WESTBOURNE HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM ME AND MY FAMILY & ARE IGNORING MY PHONECALLSI was previously a Bournemouth council housing tennant. They put us up in this Premier Inn for a few days because I am disabled and have 2 young children & our bathroom was being renovated. There was a mix up and we had to pay for the 1st night & for our food. Premier Inn said we would be refunded as Bournemouth Council have paid them the money for the 1st night. We are owed just over £100 pound from Premier Inn and that money was supposed to be for Christmas for my children's gifts. What is going on Premier Inn? This is absolutely ridiculous. You are thieves.I paid for the room and food on the 12th of December and it is now the 30th of December. I was told I would have the money no later than the 22nd of December.I will be writing to the Dorset Echo and getting my councilor involved if you do not sort this out.

Room was ok but totally basic. No sockets to charge my mobile by the bed. Bed was leaning on the right side and I had to be careful. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful, except I arrived 10 minutes to 3:00pm and had to wait 10 minutes to check in, or I would have to pay 10 pounds extra. I would understand this if I were 2 hours early, but for 10 minutes time, I think it was a bit odd.
