The staff were very cheerful and friendly. Our room was spotless clean, however, our room was chilly, staff arranged heaters. The lift wasn?t working, however, we were warned in advance by email and offered assistance with our luggage. We had a brilliant stay. Thank you.

The service at this Premier In. Was always friendly for the week I stayed here. The car park is decently sized round the rear of the building and its location makes it a short walk into town. Where it is let down is the rooms. It is yet the have the make over many other Premier Inn?s have had and unfortunately they really reflects in the experience. The rooms feel dated and dark with a bit of a musk on the air. The bed however was comfy so I can?t knock that.

The breakfast is one of the worst ever. Made to order but the sunny side up eggs were similar to pieces of burnt rubber tubing with salt. Really bad. Very old.

The actual premier inn was fine and the reception staff were very nice and helpful. But Lynton court was disappointing, food average , 2nd night we went in to eat, took ages to be served and when we finally was we were told would be a long wait ( even though place was practically empty) and they didn't have much food left !! So we left.Rooms: Stay a lot at Premier Inn, never disappointed.Nearby activities: Lovely walk thru the park to the beach.Safety: No complaints.Walkability: Within walking distance of park and beach. Bus stop right outside.Food & drinks: Disappointing. Expected a lot more.Noteworthy details: Wouldn't stay again due to restaurant.

The nicest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in!Rooms;The rooms are massive with plenty of sockets for any tech you have with you. The bed was outstanding, I had the best night sleep I've had in at least 10 years. The view wasn't the best, but that's not what Premier Inns are for.Staff/service;The lady who booked us in was amazing. Couldn't do more for us. She was so nice, I was considering getting her something as a thank you, but I never caught her name. She had black hair and was working on 02/09/23 @6pm. I'll add her name if I find it out. I would give her 100/5 stars if I could.Location;Very close to Boscombe pier (15-minute walk) but has a lot of taxis passing.Breakfast;Covered in the restaurant and was absolutely lovely with amazing staff again.

Just right for the Air Show as it's just a short walk to the front.Room are clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly.
