Staff don?t know there own policies for refunds on faulty goods, had to waste my time explaining THIER policies to them to get a refunds, staff are rude and have no idea what is going on, will not be shopping in there again

Received awful customer service today from a man around 12:35. He clearly didn't print a receipt and was adamant that he did. Kept saying, "I'm sure you'll find it," then ran off and refused to help us. He refused to print another receipt. When I went back in to take a picture of an item, he said to a customer next to me loudly, "Here's your change and your RECEIPT," as if at myself. I couldn't believe the audacity and rudeness, especially as he said he used to work in care. We all agreed not to return to the shop ever again, as it stressed everyone out. The lack of empathy and customer service was ridiculous. You shouldn't work in retail if you can't help customers.
