The quality of the food at Pizza Express was undeniably impressive, with each dish showcasing great attention to flavour and preparation. Unfortunately, the service did not match the same standard. The staff seemed somewhat inattentive and disorganised, which diminished the overall dining experience. While the food deserves praise, elevating the service would significantly enhance the restaurant?s appeal.

An improvement on last time although still not great. The food is brilliant, but the service leaves something to be desired. If it's busy, like a typical Friday or Saturday night then hire more staff. Service is slow and nobody checked if we were enjoying our food (I thought this was standard practice) and this is not the waiting staff's fault. Hire more staff! They seemed run off their feet.

My partner and I have been to this pizza express at BH2 consistently through the years, the pizza is great and the service is exceptional - Dilia in particular is our favourite waitress EVER. She is welcoming and funny, always smiling and cheery, gives perfect service and attends us well. Always a delight, thank you ?
Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are great, more limited than previous but the vegan padana Romana is a lovely one! They have vegan garlic butter now for dough ball's which is excellent.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter has dairy allergy + vegetarian and the menu options are great for her. Hats, crayons and activity sheets provided too :)
