Very delicious food, good staff, familiar vibes. Nice people, nice staff. All of the staff asked me how was the food and would I want anything else. It was a really good time there. I will come back definitely!!!:)

Great place to go, food is always enjoyable and service is relatively quick. We enjoyed the meat pizza and chicken pasta - good sized portions and tasted good.

So noisy you couldn't hear yourself think. Service was slow. I was asked if I wanted chilli oil and said yes please, but I never got it. Not great and not cheap.

Everything is great here and we love it but they seem to quite regularly not open at their listed opening hours so are often left hanging around. Please update your hours if you aren?t open at those times.

Had an amazing dinner here! Food was tasty and delicious. Amazing service by Sean- he was so accommodating and provided menu recommendations. Always very attentive throughout our meal as well.

We decided to come here for my birthday meal, and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived , we were greeted by friendly staff. The lady who looked after us for the evening, was amazing. She was so friendly, happy, and made us laugh. She also made my evening special by singing happy birthday to me, which was a sweet unexpected surprise. We will most definitely return, as service and food was amazing!

Held my 10 Yr old's birthday lunch for 10 friends last Saturday. Staff were so helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our lunch and had a great time - highly recommend!

Me and my friend came in for dinner at around 6 ish on a tues night, was good food and good service, our waiter (can?t remember his name but he was wearing blue jeans) helped us a lot with our queries about the app as we kept getting confused, he was so so lovely and patient, we really appreciated his help! ?? manager on the other hand could have been more polite with us, maybe they had had a bad day but doesn?t excuse the harshness. aside from that had an enjoyable experience, kitchen staff waved goodbye as we left ??

Came into pizza express at around 18:00 on the 27th September and was seated promptly. Staff were friendly and polite (Dalia served out table). Our order taken and starters came out shortly after. Once finished the table was quickly cleared and it was not long before our mains arrived. Just like the starters, the mains were also delicious and flavoursome. We were asked about desserts but we?re hesitant at first but decided to go for it. Originally I was going to have the mini biscoff cheesecake which comes with a choice of tea or coffee. However I didn?t really want a hot drink so Dalia recommend the vanilla cheesecake instead, to which I said that it was ?the biscoff that was enticing me.? I ended up going for the vanilla cheesecake. When it was brought out I was pleasantly surprised and amazed that Dalia had done me a huge favour and made my regular vanilla cheesecake into a biscoff cheesecake. This was not at all necessary but it was absolutely wonderful. There was no need for her to do that for me but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and loved the dessert (which I definitely did!). We spoke about it afterwards and she was lovely, kind and friendly. She is a credit to the team and made a wonderful day even better. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Arrived on a very rainy and wet Sunday lunchtime, only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant. Greeted by someone at the door whim I can only assume was a manager. No smiles or pleasantries, I asked for a table for two and his response was ?have you booked?? I said no and asked (in light of 90% empty restaurant) of I needed to book. He said yes and muttered something i couldn?t hear. He sat us down at a table and we looked at menus for 15mins. Completely ignored by said person and the rest of his team we walked out and round the corner to Franco Manca, which was lovely and buzzing, friendly and welcoming and more deserving of our custom. Pizza Express HQ take note?..

The food is always of a high quality in this pizza express. Perfect location if you are in town or want to visit the cinema. Usually have good deals on the app.Parking: Usually space in the day but gets busy on Friday/weekend evenings.

Great place to have a quiet dinner. Clean, welcoming, great food and amazing service. The lady who served us was called Dila. We specifically asked for her name as we were impressed from her service. 10/10 recommend.
