So I took my sister here as it was her birthday.I did ask when we were in all our gear if we could have a photo together and they said we could at the end because we had to put our phones in a box. Sadly my sister didn't feel she could do it so got down but I still went. my sister wanted to wait to take her gear off so that when I was back we could get a photo like I asked when we got there and they asked her to take her harness off before we could even get a photo which may sound silly to some people but really did upset me because that was my only request. You only get a birthday one day a year and we wanted a cool photo to last forever.It is very expensive and only lasts about 15 seconds so it's one of those things that you do once. It was fun and the staff that went up with us were lovely but I was gutted that the staff in reception told me one thing and did something completely different especially when you are paying as much as you are :(

I wanted to get rid of this, but I changed my mind when I saw it. Short track and not really fast. Price too high for what it seems to me.

The experience wasn't bad. The distance is indeed very short, especially when you know you have to pay 25£. However, when I came, they told me that I have to leave my smartphone and that I could film with their camera, that's all they said in this regard, and after I finished, they told me that I have to pay 12 pounds to get the full video and that theyhave to give me 5 seconds from the beginning of the video to make sure that the camera works, and when I saw it, it was just recording of me when I prepare. I politely told the employee that she made a mistake for not telling me that I have to pay from the beginning and thatI want to have 10 or 5 additional seconds for her mistake. After a quick discussion, she agreed and went to the manager who met me and told me that no additional seconds would be provided. After a full explanation of the problem, he apologized. Then I told him that I want to compensate me with 5 additional seconds, he says to me why? we did not make any mistake!!Then I ask him if you don't make any mistakes why did you apologize to me as well as the employee. He lies and says we apologized for something else, so I realized at that time that there is no point in arguing with a lying man.

Very enjoyableWould have been more fun if it lasted a bit longer.Staff were mostly friendly, apart from one person at the top that wasn't very patient or kind.Do you check everyone's weight and write it down on their wrist band?I don't look 120kg and I was asked to be weighed twice and then it was written down on my band ?

Great experience, friendly staff, and most of all felt safe at all times. Shame it's over so quick though great fun. They do give you a discount on a second go if you feel like going straight again.

I did the zipwire on Monday for the Commonwealth Games carrying the baton down the zipwire. The staff who were with me the whole time where absolutely fantastic, so professional from start to finish. I was looked after without feeling embarrassment with my disability and they were so upbeat and fun throughout. Thank you guys sorry I forgot your names or I would of put them. Defo good fun.

Pretty good fun. The crew were all friendly and helped make the event more enjoyable. They were pretty hot at checking all the gear and then swapping to conduct a double check.The wire isn't the longest but the children really liked it

Brilliant experience for both me and my daughter. Although it?s over quite quickly £30 felt like a reasonable price for us both for this type of attraction.
